Promos promos promos! Well it worked. Got me in the door. Have to say the promo (BOGO) was great and service even better. Very friendly and helpful. Greeted as soon as we walked in. Lots of flavors to choose from, like 31 obviously :) I do agree with most that it can be pricy, especially if like Thrifty’s ice cream like i do, but they also have a check in deal and Insta promos, so will come back a few more times. We all deserve premium ice cream every once in a while, don’t we? Only bummer was they don’t give out samples due to Covid, so stick with your favorites and you won’t be disappointed. Rocky road and pistachio are mine!

I used to love this place but not anymore. I went today with my wife and daughter. We got an small shake, a doble scoop in a cup and another doble scoop in a waffle cup. Shake was ok but the scoop size on doubles was very small, both scoops looks like single scoop. Next time I will go to another branch.

My girlfriend and I went to the Baskin Robbins on Rt.66. I ordered a 2 scoop hot fudge sundae and she had the banana royal. On both of our the whip cream barely touched the top of the cup. My cup was the child size. My friend had the next size up. Mine didn’t even have a cherry on top because it fell off and she didn’t replace it. I paid for it and gave her a tip plus I even gave to the promo they were having. We took the ice cream home and I commented to my friend that this COVID thing has now hit the size you get for ice cream. The following day I took my grandson to the BR in Covina on Grand and he ordered the 2 scoop sundae. His whip cream hit the top of the lid. I called to talk with the manager at the BR on Rt.66 and after three attempts Emit the manager called me back. I repeated the story and he stated if I didn’t like what I got I should have spoken up then. I told him about the other store and he said if they want to give more that was their right but it wasn’t going to happen at his store. He was actually quite rude and said he would not make it right and there was nothing he could do about it. I will NEVER step foot in that Baskin Robbin. Shame on him

Lina is the nicest scooper! She cleans the scooper so well! She washes her hands before every scoop. She smiles and sings happily while scooping. She scoops accurately and according to Baskin Robbins scooping policies. I asked her why she scooped and she said "it is the best place to work and be a student". I will gladly go back to see her scoop - all day.

I asked the baker to make a cake for my father-in-law’s 99th birthday dinner. We couldn’t have the big party he deserved due to CoVid restrictions, so I wanted something really special. They sure delivered! He’d never dreamed such a cake was possible, and since it was his favorite cake (chocolate) and his favorite ice cream (butter pecan), it was PERFECT!! They made a photo cake with a dynamite picture of him. Thanks guys. You were over the I'm
