Had a great breakfast wrap with delicious green juice and a coffee this morning at one of the best places in the area for healthy delicious food. The service was quick and friendly as well. Unfortunately there was a very rude person yelling at the staff about having to wait for her delivery, which was a huge order. We watched the cooks preparing each of the dishes very fast and carefully and felt terrible about how this woman was swearing and threatening to write a terrible review just to hurt this business. So we wanted to include in our review that she was totally out of line and should be ashamed at her actions against the hardworking people at NTK.

In the wise words of Tyra Banks on the hit TV show America's Next Top Model, "It was so bad, I want to give you a zero, but that's not possible, so I give you a one." This is not however, about the food, but the customer service. We ordered a large lunch order (over $100) through seamless and waited over an hour for it to be delivered. Seamless called to let us know the driver was there to pick up the food...except there was no food and then asked why we cancelled the order. We did not. We called the restaurant and the woman who answered the phone curtly (I mean rudely) told us that all orders made through delivery apps were cancelled because they were "too busy." Okay. Um. A phone call would have been nice? She also suggested that we could re-order, but it would take another hour. I don't care if you work at a Michelin star restaurant, no salad is worth waiting two hours. I understand working in customer facing industries can be stressful, but a simple "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" would have sufficed. Also, don't accept orders through delivery apps, if your restaurant can't handle the volume. 5 stars for seamless for actually calling and letting us know the order was cancelled and refunding our money...NTK, do better.

I was looking for healthy place in queens and there we go NTK. Salads, rice, quinoa, 😍 Pricy for me but good and fresh. My custom salad was made fresh, big surprise chicken was grilled in front of me. In all those little places with not much of traffic food and proteins seats there waiting for customer, not here!!! Made right there in front fresh! Seems like the place is run by 2 owners, who definitely advertise their food and lifestyle: very fit girl 👯‍♀️ and big guy 💪🏻
