2nd time coming here for brunch. We had a nice time. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. The hostess and our waitress were really nice and attention. I'm pregnant so we didn't do the bottomless brunch but they were able to make me a virgin Mango Madness which was delicious and it still tasted like a cocktail. Food was good but I personally rather chicken breast over chicken thigh on my chicken and waffles but that's a personal preference. The chicken was still good. Hubby enjoyed his food as well but mentioned that his steak was more medium then well done like he asked but it wasn't a huge deal. There is a seated time limit of 2 hours but we didn't feel rushed and all of our food and drinks came in a timely fashion. The gratuity was included in the bill but we liked the service and probably would've given 20% anyway so... overall we enjoyed our visit and would come again. Nothing really stood out as AMAZING for 5 stars but it's a pretty solid brunch spot. The DJ was playing the jams though and he had some great mixes so really it's a 4.5!
Great place to eat. Beautiful ambience, like a hole in the wall. Food was unique and delicious. The pull apart bread was delightful and the chicken fingers/strips were done to perfection
I came here for happy hour after seeing it advertised on IG. From the outside I didn’t know what to expect but once we went inside I really like the vibe and ambience. We sat in the back patio area, while I like the idea of the bench seating it was a bit uncomfortable as the uneven flooring means your bench is constantly wobbling which made me a little uneasy.
Other than that the food and drinks were good they had great happy hour deals I enjoyed everything I had and would come back. I would recommend the Birria empanadas and the buffalo chicken dumplings they were so good
Love the vibe, love the experience, love the food buttttttttttt it needs to be a little more flavorful. Seems like they were having an off day maybe or they were scared.
Had the Pineapple Habanero wings, I didn't smell or experience the habanero but the wings were so good. I had their dish with the Pineapple, good but needed more flavor. My bf had the rolled chicken good but needed a little more.
Still going to give this place 4 stars because their drinks, customer service, and everything else was so amazing 👏
This restaurant is a must visit in the Ridgewood neighborhood, the atmosphere is lively and inviting. Our group was seated in the back in a park bench style table. Waitress was attentive and friendly and offered suggestions since it was our first time. The cheesy pull apart bread is definitely a must try because it is so comforting and delicious. The shrimp tacos are loaded and flavorful. If you’re looking for a fun, chill spot for girls night, this is it. Good music, great drinks and positive vibes all around. Will definitely be returning for many more girls night. Prices are average and not overly priced.
This place is great. The service was hella slow and it was very warm inside when we went, but overall a great time. The interior is very lively and instagramable. The drinks are AMAZING. The food is super good. I had the muscles and the ceviche in the plantain cups 🤤.
What a treat of a place, tucked away on a non assuming street. The layout is interesting, the first half is dimly lit with a bar and tables with candles, which I’m sure make for a great date spot. In the back there is a vibrant room with tvs and long tables that give off a college mess room vibe, which is great for groups or grabbing beers with your boys (or gals). Solid collection of beers and happy hour options. The stuffed bread would make a great app for 4 ravenous people, make sure you don’t eat too much though as the burgers are pretty substantial. Would definitely come back to this spot when I’m in the area again
