I love their smoothies and I get them a lot. But the location makes the experience really dreadful. It's extremely noisy in there. The blenders, the Super noisy AC above the door, the entire echoes and makes it even worse. The employees have to yell out names to pick up your order.
It's also impossible to just order what you want. Every time they try to up sell. Please stop asking if I want one of your unhealthy old pretzels or silly 'boosts'.

The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because the location is horrible. You have to park at the Americana parking structure and walk a bit. I hope when their lease is up corporate will find a better location

Location honestly sucks with a car. And the inside smells like clorox all the time. At least it's clean though. And who doesn't love Jamba juice.

Where to go when you want to feel good about what you're drinking. I hardly ever get their shots of grass, though, because that tends to overpower the drink! The place always smells refreshing, too.
