This ice cream shop was full with people out the door. The customer service at this location is excellent. They listen to their customers and help out.
Harmik took his time taking the drawings and sketches that I has to become a cake.
I highly recommend Harmik and this location for any Ice cream cake needs.

Unless you're Armenian, then yes great service. They had people cut us in line, do their orders first and I was waiting for a long time. By the time I got my order I was already mad that three people got to go ahead. Very disrespectful. I would not recommend this store.

Nice location. Has a small outdoor seating area along the street. Friendly staff. But, if you drive, the parking situation is quite a challenge bad there are only a couple of dedicated parking spots in this shopping center.

Dont think anyone can say anything bad about the ice cream. This location is in my old neighborhood. We used to go there when I was a kid and haven't been back in close to 20 years. Place has been updated, as you would expect but it really hasn't changed. Still great ice cream and cool employees. Took my niece there and the staff was awesome. She had a blast since the staff let her taste anything she wanted till she found her favorite

staff was nice, they just seemed a little disorganized and lacking knowledge. It took 2 people to build a basic banana split. they took so long that the ice cream was a little melted by the time they were ringing me up at the cash register. When I got to my destination and opened the bag to take the container out there was a fudgey mess on the inside of the bag and container.

First time coming to this ice cream place and my experience was amazing I love there chocolate cookie dough ice cream it is so delicious and yummy. I hope I could go back and visit really soon.

Baskin-Robbins great. The flavors are bold and refreshing though always ever present is classic flavors. Price is normal. Service was great this afternoon. Parking is kinda difficult especially if the place is busy though a supermarket next door with huge parking lot.

Best Baskin-Robbins ever! Its the cleanest and staff are the nicest people ever! He makes the most delicious and beautifully decorated special order ice cream cakes!
