Quite possibly the worst service in Glendale.
The waiter sat on the adjacent table while taking our order (did he also park his ass on our table to take another's order?).
The waiter *Never* took a drink order. This is apparently the responsibility of the one bartender in the restaurant. Isn't the alcohol the highest margin item in a restaurant?
The food, approximately 5 dishes, were served over the course of an hour, an hour after ordering.
This is about the 4th time we've been to the restaurant. It was great the first time - shortly after they opened. But something changed with the service.
The food has always been pretty good - but the service has definitely hit the crapper. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day.
Don't waste your time here.

My girlfriend lives right around the corner. It was nice to catch up and not be bothered but enough service to were I didn't have to hunt one down like most Chinese Restaurants. Love the food and staff! Clean Spot!

I think the food is even better than the one on Hillhurst. For being in the Americana, the fact that they don't have working air conditioning is ridiculous.

The service is very bad but when payment it seems to me they expected TIPs. :)
The rice is hard. The walnut shrimp is the worst one that I ever tried.
