Sent my entire meal back for a refund and went somewhere else. Sent my cold soup back. My $8.58 Turkey Sandwich was 2 three-inch slices of thin bread, two tiny slices of Turkey and that was it. For nearly $18, I expect a lot better than what was served to me. The manager did indicate (frustratingly)

I've never met such a kind and helpful manager as Riad. He seems to genuinely enjoy connecting with each person that walks into his Panera and make sure they feel welcomed and taken care of. Taste-wise, the steak cheese sandwich was really good, fresh warm crusty bread. However, if ingredients are missing due to supply shortages, the customer should not suffer, and still pay the full price. Bottom line, I felt the sandwich also for the size price not appropriate.
Always the best... Got my booster, went for a walk, was comforted with the good warm healthy choices at Panera!😇❤️
