After Postmates cancelled my delivery order just minutes before my meeting started, I called Panera directly to voice my concern. Nathan, the GM rock-starred my dilemma. I sent him the screen shots of the order and right on time--lunch was delivered and served! It's been a long time since I've had attentive, on-point customer service. No apologies, no bull-crap response--just action!!! I will definitely order from this location again. Nathan deserves a raise! Thank you!!

I've never met such a kind and helpful manager as Riad. He seems to genuinely enjoy connecting with each person that walks into his Panera and make sure they feel welcomed and taken care of. I've seen him do this with guests who are polite and guests who are rude -- his kind and helpful demeanor remains, regardless. Can't say enough good things about the atmosphere and feel of this Panera location thanks to its stellar management!
