Habit Burger Grill

6:12 p.m. Friday order, dine-in. Took about 10 minutes to receive my food, that's fine. It's peak traffic & I ordered a salad which takes longer to prepare. Food flavors are fantastic as always. Got the Teriyaki char & BBQ salad along with a drink. Areas of improvement: One of the refresher limeade drinks was out with a sign on the dispenser, & the ordering tablet I used was out of order. The tablet did not display an error until I was going to start the payment so that inconvenienced me as I had to stand in 2 lines. Restrooms could have used a sweep also. That said, it was a good experience and the quality was great as expected. Staff looked a little burnt out. Consider raising their pay, I don't mind more expensive meals if that improves moral for the staff's hard work.

This review is more on the conduct of the cashier who I had to deal with to get my order, which i placed online. Cashier working on this day, 6/30/22, needs to be retrained to actually perform good customer service skills. My order pickup was 10:40 am. Arrived pretty much on the dot at the establishment. Was told by cashier they're still prepping my order. I notice now pickup customers come in, along with some dine-in folks. I asked after 15 minutes of waiting what's been going on with my order, since the dine-in customers are getting their food before mine, since it's not like it's a big order (just a meal combo). Turns out it's just been sitting in the corner for several minutes, and now my fries are cold. Cashier doesn't even bother to give me my drink cup. He just plops my order bag in front of me, no apologies or anything. So I decide to grab a drink cup myself. Then, he has the nerve to tell me I can't do that. Well buddy, if you actually started paying attention to what you're supposed to be doing, I wouldn't have had to. I wasnt the only one who had a problem with him as I observed him, he was pretty antagonistic to other patrons as well. One guy asked him, "what is your problem?" He was also ignoring the questions of another also asking about his order. I'm never coming back to this particular place again.

I remember this habit being a lot better than it is now. I am very disappointed to write this, because I know at one point this habit was the forefront of quality and taste. I used to say that habit was better than In N Out. Unfortunately, the quality has vanished completely. On the double charburgers, the cheese just is not cooked properly.The buns are stale. The beef is overcooked. Maybe someone was having a bad day in the back of the kitchen, but this was not great at all. Charburger - 1/5. Sweet potato fries - 2/5. Flimsy, undercooked, no salt. I guess you can wash it down with ketchup and its ok. Regular fries 3/5. Had a bit more structure to them but need to be cooked more and have more flavor.

Good Burger, chicken sandwich on sourdough is the best! Great location right in heart of Glendale, at a big outdoor shopping center. By Ross, Michael’s and TJ max. Nice clean tables, beautiful outdoor area. Customer service was fast super friendly and professional. Parking is shared at the big shopping center. Little walk from the car if you need a quick pickup consider the time walking back and forth to the car. Otherwise great place for quick bites and dine inn. Alex is a good example of a great customer service. Sharp, quick,professional and friendly! Anyone can make mistakes, but having the courage for finding solutions is not anyone’s work. You become great when you reach that level. Great job Alex. I always say People do make a difference!

Was very, very disappointed with this Habit Burger. We usually have a great experience at Habit burger but this Glendale location not only got our order wrong, but what we got was cold, soggy and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. The drinks we got (which were wrong) were flat. Too bad we were in a hurry or we would have returned our meals. Will not be returning here. This location needs to do way better. Terrible experience.
