Fantastic customer service! This is the first time I've been to this location, and I am very happy with the service. I ordered online, and even though my order wasn't ready I am happy with how I was taken care of. The gentleman in charge at the current time said, "I'm sorry, this should have been ready. I'll take care of you," then proceeded to load my sandwich with everything I ordered on it. He also upgraded my drink to a large, and offered me cookies as well. I'm definitely happy with my choice to order from this location, and I will be back.
This location is smaller than others so I usually pass it up and go to another one but I’m glad I stopped and will continue to return here. The employee “Amanda” is the greatest and I feel good work goes too often unrecognized so I wanted to leave a review. Subway she is a hard worker and a keeper! Good work Amanda!!!
I come to this subway often and it's always just fine, tonight I went with my daughter and we saw it was a new employee. His name is Josh he was absolutely amazing, great costumer service and he did my Daughter's sandwich so good that I end up getting one for my self. He was very helpful funny but professional. I own my business and I know how important it's to make our clients happy and welcome, well Josh did it very well. 5 stars for an awesome subway employee. 😊
