Went through the drive thru & the guy had everything accurate but we asked for extra arbys sauce & he gave us 5 packets...that wasn't even enough for the sandwiches we ordered

Albert was at the Counter Happy to welcome me in. He was kind, informative, and Happy to serve. Smiling and Polite. Definitely returning to give my hard earned money to Arby's because of Albert he cares and values customers. Oh and we had 4 for $10 classic Beefs and 2 Apple Turnovers, Fresh Baked per Albert, all Yum E!!!!!

Brought my daughter here for a quick lunch, Albert was amazing. He said hello when we walked in was super friendly taking our orders and checked in on us to see if we needed anything else after we already received our food. He was also not only friendly but he was walking around making sure everything was staying clean and stocked up. Best fast food experience I have had in a while!

Tried several times to order and pay through the app (trying to take advantage of the online only deal). I received an error message each time I tried to make the payment. When I ordered at the store, and mentioned that there was a problem with the app, they didn't honor the online price. Very disappointing. But the food was very good.

Albert was the best employee for Arby's that I have ever seen. He was polite, attentive, had a great attitude, went around to see if guests needed anything as we dined, and this is at Arby's. 5* for Albert and his amazing customer service. Food is always good, but I definitely had to take time to thank Albert. Awesome job!

We just went to the drive-thru, but he was awesome! So friendly, big smile, fast service. My grandson loved the curly fries and the new orange cream shake.
