Honestly for the price I'd rather a regular bun over a half dozen donuts from dunkin or Krispy Kreme. Yes Cinnabon is pricey but there's no mistaking their good quality and it's worth it.

I want to give a big shout out to the young lady and the manager working in the afternoon on 9/12. One of their names was Kiana and I apologize because I’m not sure if she was the employee or the manager. I had ordered Uber Eats and only half of my order was delivered. I called the Uber driver and he didn’t offer to get the rest of my order, but blamed the employees at Cinnabon. I called Cinnabon and had the best service! She was super professional and helpful as she worked with the manager on a solution. I asked if my card could be refunded and they advised me yes when they could have said I need to take it up with Uber Eats. The employee and manager then advised they would call Uber Eats and get it taken care of. I then received a voicemail letting me know that my card will be refunded. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND and I am so appreciative. Thank you so much!

Never been to one before, but will come here again because of the friendly service and delicious food and drink. I have worked in a mall and know how hard it can be to always smile through tough customers. These kids handle it all with grace!
