Always order from here and their delivery people manage to find our apartment without issues each time. They used doordash this one time and the doordasher never made it (or maybe ate it), but the manager I called got a order sent out and it made it with one of their guys ASAP. Great service here, really appreciate how easily they handled the problem and that this is the only time I've ever had one out of the many orders I've made.
We've been loyal customers of this particular Papa John's for probably 5-6yrs now and they have ALWAYS treated us right I've had maybe 1 instance with an old manager that was off, but for the most part every time we've ordered its been fresh,hot pizza and always made right! Always! Kudos to this location

Moving is stressful. Moving while hungry is just dangerous! The Papa John's website wasn't working so I had to call the store. They were pleasant and very fun to speak with. They found a solution and gave us all hope again. We were all starving and unbearably grumpy.
The pizza showed up super fresh and hot AND I smiled as I read the lil note they left in the dessert box. Thank you for being amazing and turning this stressful day into a wonderful day by providing a lunch break filled with smiles. Whoever was working this store at 1045 on 6.15... give them all a raise!

I know it's only a "carry out" location. But man they are fast. And those pizza's where hot! Sure nice, friendly guys working there .
I always order take out here, most every week. Every pizza I've received has been piping hot and fully loaded with toppings! I really love the flavor of the sauce, and they always put the extra toppings on you ordered - unlike many other pizza place.
I don't know if all of Papa John's locations are this good, but I've always been super impressed with this location! 👍👍
A+ location. I ordered pizza for an upcoming poker night and accidentally placed the order for the same day. I immediately called to tell them my mistake and they re-entered the order for the next day without any issues. Because I did not receive a new confirmation email, I called the store the next day to confirm it was in their system. The gentlemen who answered was polite and was quick to confirm.
Come time for poker, the pizza arrived hot and just as I ordered. I am not a regular Papa John's customer, but this experience converted me. I will definitely order from this location again in the future.

I've messed up scheduling my carry out time twice now, and both times they were able to correct it for me. The first time they were able to have my order ready a lot sooner than I had scheduled it. And this time they were able to push the time out for me when I forgot to schedule the time for later in the day. This time I actually remembered the name of the employee, sooo.. thank you Shea!
To be completely honest I think Papa John's has really stepped their game up when it comes to the pizza and other meals they provide it has certainly seemed to have gotten better over the last few years. One small issue is when I get wings I always ask for them to be crispy and well done and the majority of the time they just don't seem like they are completely cooked. Other than that would totally recommend!
