Stopped by for iced tea. It was delightful surprise when I was told there were free refills. Places in malls don't usually give refills. I hope to visit this mall and Panera again next time I am in Arizona.

They are always busy but they always try to get our order out on time! I see a bunch of new faces and manager since I’ve been here but from my most recent visit, it seems it’s still doing well. It’s pricey! But the food is real.

Kaitlin, the manager at the arrowhead mall location, was the best! Great customer service, super friendly, and all around great disposition. No wonder she’s the manager… she’s awesome!

I just finished my delicious sandwich and was just about to leave, but I can’t do so before mentioning the absolutely impressive service I just received from Sally (at least that’s what it says her name is on the receipt). She was positive, upbeat, and really went the extra mile tonight. After a long day of traveling, this really was a breath of fresh air. She’s truly an asset to the establishment. This Panera Bread is the best so far, mainly because I work at the mall and when I get a 30min break or an hour my number one decision is to go to Panera Bread. The cashiers there are phenomenal at there job. Sure the line may be long, only because the customers like the food. So the food plus the customer service Amazing🙏also Quick Shout Out to The Cashier Meli she knows what she’s doing when ringing up customers and her dedication she puts in her job as well. Especially if there’s a big line, or how long a customer takes when ordering👏 10/10 Stars!

Panera Bread isn't go to location for meeting interviews having a quick lunch getting something healthy and hearty I love the pastries. The base is always fresh moist they always have a good assortment sandwiches soups and salads. Recommended place to anyone.

A really great soup, salad and sandwich place! The you pick two is a good deal. If you sign up for the loyalty program through the app you get a free pastry! They also have fun lemonade flavors. A quality place

I was in Arrowhead Mall today and decided to lunch at Panera Bread. My favourite sandwich is STEAK AND ARUGULA. I was very disappointed to find out they no longer offer this sandwich. I ordered the Steak and White Cheddar on a pannini and was not impressed. The beef had been heated in a microwave I am sure and that killed any flavour of the meet and rest of condiments. Why would you delete such a good sandwich in favour of this one.
