Starbucks

We often talk about kindness, sometimes it comes as patience. Ethan, really great kid. Starbucks system was down, so you had to order through the mobile app. He not only helped those who didn’t know how to order on the app, but those who spoke no English! HE OWNED IT! This is the best customer service. As far as his co-workers…. Allstars! They continued to work, and they picked it up, while he assisted customers. Not a complaint from them, just straight hustling! This is teamwork. Starbucks I hope you recognize them, you didn’t lose customers today, and we were not turned away.

Starbucks is, if nothing else, consistent, from location to location, great drinks, good locations, awesome service, and a well thought out phone app that makes buying, location finding, and earning rewards easy. Prices are higher than competitors but worth it for the consistent experience across the board!

I loved the small Cafe style vibe. The gentleman behind the counter was a sweetheart ❤ but did my drink the way I love it. He and his co-workers were great. Not only it did get busy at one point. They were smooth and great pace out getting the customers in and out. Just loved the flow They have a five star from me and next time photos.
