It's the Texas toast that really makes Their BBQ sandwiches stand out for me. It's both buttery and crisp, really worth a try. The pulled pork and brisket sandwiches were very good. The casual atmosphere of the restaurant makes it a great joint for grabbing a relatively quick bite of BBQ

Food was so good. service was good but everything is mostly self served. If you come when it’s busy good luck finding a table. You will need to wait but it’s worth it. They also have seating outside.

Had the half rack platter and it was good. The hush puppies are delicious and I was pleased with the meal. The "Texas toast" was just buttered bread though, very disappointed with that. It wasn't at all toasted. The pork was tender and the bones came out clean. The BBQ sauce was more vinegary than I like, I tend to like sweeter BBQ sauce, but I would order from here again.

I went in on Tuesday January 10th in the afternoon and the costumer service was amazing! Although it is almost always packed my food arrives hot and in less than 20 minutes. Overall I highly recommend!

Ordered via the app for the customer appreciation event. No concerns with app or my order. Waited quite some time for food to be ready at pick up even though I was offered a time and we were past it by 10 min. Glad I chose to dine in, was missing a few items and honestly should have taken onion rings back up they were about 3 min short of fully cooked and were doughy. They fixed missing items swiftly and I never addressed the onion rings just won't order again since I normally take my food to go.

Portions are a good size. Food taste great. I had the Shaniac burger which was delicious and by the way, once you eat one, you become a member of the Shaniac club...which translates into, 10% off any Shaniac from here on out and a free one on your birthday (Mic drop). Enough said.

Great food, good prices, and excellent service. The place was packed, but it still only took about 15 minutes for my to go order.

Wow!! Love BBQ!! Everything I've had is outstanding!! Peach cobbler is a MUST have 😋😋. Still working my way thru the menu, someone may need to pull me away.😍😍

On 3 to-go orders Chownow botched 2 orders and got canceled. Chow now stinks,but the food and service top-notch !

Oh my God. They have every day specials. The pulled pork sandwiches were amazing. Great places. Staff was amazing. Those girls were courteous.

It's ok for fast-food BBQ ... I really liked the brisket (that my husband ordered) ... I got the shredded chicken, which was a ridiculous portion for something not that good. I liked the Texas Toast, fries and beans, though, the beans definitely seem canned.

Spongy cluck. Just had a chicken tender salad And onion rings. Salad was all tenders, half inch of lettuce on the bottom, 4 slices of cucumber and 4 small pieces of tomato around the rim. The t enders we're so chewy that I would bite them in half and check for blood. After squeezing the grease out of the onion rings they were good.

So so. Sides were pretty bland, the meat was nice enough. Next time I'd probably skip the sampler platter and try a burger or sandwich.

Disappointment overload. I cannot overstate my disappointment in this place. Adding bbq sauce to deep friend chicken tenders is NOT BBQ. Adding bbq sauce to Costco canned-chicken is NOT BBQ. With a name like "rib shack" my expectations were high. This place is a joke. Let me re-emphasize - this place is a joke!

Filthy. When we walked in the door we discovered we had to order right away before seating. Should have left then. Since we had not been there before it took a while to get our order. This caused a backup at the door. Since I am crippled I was sitting and I observed everyone in line had a coupon like us.............should have left again.<br/><br/>Did not understand why they did not have another person at the counter anyway.<br/><br/>I went to the bathroom and in there the urinal was covered in a black plastic trash bag. The toilet was continually running with paper going round and round! Washed and went to table. Wife was at the fountain drinks and gave me a cup and warned me about the filth inside the ice dispenser and drink nozzles. She was right. Got a lemonade anyway.<br/><br/>Took a seat by the window and noticed the floor had debris everywhere, dirt, food, tissue, napkins etc. <br/><br/>Under two or three tables there were napkins under one leg of each table due to the bent table leg or uneven floor. Really tacky!<br/><br/>We received our order and I asked the server, (he took our order too) why it is so filthy. He said “They had a person quit and were shorthanded”. Really, hard to believe the a month worth of filth can accumulate in the drink nozzles and ice dispenser just because one person left. <br/><br/>It seems to me there is no management, no routine, no quality control, no follow-up. In a store I had once upon a time we cleaned the nozzles and ice machine every night at closing.<br/><br/>The bbq squeeze bottle was greasy to the tough and had dried bbq sauce on the tip. <br/><br/>The food was nothing special. I was given a plastic fork to cut my ribs.............really............a plastic fork? What a joke.<br/><br/>After witnessing what we did we really lost our appetite and got full quick. <br/><br/>We did see the same guy finally cleaning some table as we were about to leave. Probably onto the floor with the rest of the filth. <br/><br/>We will not go back.

Rude Racist. The food looked inticing from the window of the people eating inside but after being treated so poorly and we were the only black's inside, after being seated at a dirty table I had to ask be washed off. We received out food and it looked delicious but i was concern that it may have been tampered with and thought this is probably not the place to eat! Poor Service yet I watched whites be treat with care. Those days are over get over it already you sicko's!

Had it Monday night and it was the best BBQ I've tried in the last 10 years! I'll be back!!

Shane's rib shack has always been a favorite of ours, that is until they changed things around. Their menu has changed slightly, but that is the least of it. Their customer service has gone downhill, and the flavor of the food has gone with it. The teenage girls at the front counter always have something better to do than take your order. If you choose to eat here, make sure you pour on the sauce. It's sad... we loved it there.

Horrible Customer Service. "Bait & Switch!" That should be the name of their promotions menu on this website: http://www.shanesribshackarizona.com/Promotions/FamilyMealDeal/tabid/61/Default.aspx.<br/><br/>The employees and ownder pretend not to know about the deal and then claim it's not for their location (even when their address is on the top). Only when forced, do they then admit it's an old promotion and that they can't honor it because they don't have the gallon teas. When you ask the ownder to make it right this time...somehow that's impossible as he can only make it right "next time"....sorry, when you pull this, you don't get a next time. Nor do you get the catering order we were considering giving you either.
