Review Outback Steakhouse - Glendale

On 11/30/23 we went to the Outback with two guest. They had a bad experience about 6 years ago and never went back. Instead they go to Texas Roadhouse for their steaks. I told them to come and check it out again. I told them their steaks are hands down. Whoever is the cooks they need a raise! Not everyone can make a steak. Our waitress Shannon gave us an outstanding customer service. She just came to our table to make sure are drinks were good and if we needed anything. She was on Point!!! My two guest were very impressed and hopefully they will return. Thank you so much Shannon for ur amazing customer service.

Went yesterday for lunch with my son and the waitress was fantastic! There was no wait to get in and we were seated right away! Out food came out hot and drinks were amazing! My oldest son decided to tell the waitress it was my birthday and she was sweet enough to let me choose which desert I wanted and thankfully it wasn't a big birthday surprise because I'm socially awkward lol! But we will definitely be back!

We (6 adults and 2 young children)... came in to celebrate my twin (adult) sons winning 1st and 2nd place in their weight class in a jujitsu tournament ... our server Katie was PHENOMENAL! She was attentive helpful kind and had a great attitude! The manager Tim made a special point to come over and help my daughter in law make a dinner choice that fit her eating style ... our experience was great and our food was really good too (and very generous portions!) Side note: we were all so hungry none of us took pictures of our food lol but trust me it looked and tasted good! I added pics of their medals haha 🏅 🥈

Our server vanessa was awesome, She was by our table every few minutes checking if we needed anything. The food was awesome, In fact it was even awesome the next day for leftovers. The parking lot was full and I thought we would have a big wait. We were inside sitting at a table before I knew even what happened. The food was beautiful beautiful and delicious. We will definitely be coming back here again soon.

It definitely is worth treating yourself to some delectable eats from time to time. The ribs were juicy, tender and slid right off the bone. The atmosphere was decent, not too loud, and service was done in a timely manner.

I have to say I was very impressed with this Outback Steakhouse. I decided I’d give this one to try because most of them I don’t know it seems like my food is always cooked wrong or something is wrong with it. But this location it was perfect from the bread to the Porterhouse steak I with the lobster tail on the side and the loaded mashed potatoes. It was completely flavorful and delicious. I will be back to this one and the server I didn’t catch his name wait I just found it on the receipt Robert H , I think he went above, and beyond what he needed to and I’m thankful for that, because that gave me a little bit more of a better experience coming to here

I can always count on Outback to give solid service and good food. I prefer them over Texas Roadhouse and the extra gluten free options are excellent.

Great food. I had 1/2 rack of ribs and 4 coconut shrimp. My husband had a small sirloin and 4 coconut shrimp. Kira, our waitress, was great. Brought me an iced tea as she saw I was getting low. We come here often. Love their Prime Rib, as well.

Had an awesome experience there. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, very attentive to not only us but all the guests that were there, they were very quick to answer any questions or requests. Staff all seemed very happy and genuinely good spirited. Restaurant was very well kept and clean as well as organized amidst the dinner rush. Managers could be seen interacting with guests and staff and were fully engaged with the restaurant.

The Friday night we were there, our waitress Andrea was fantastic. She was very friendly, smiling, and served us in an outstanding, quick, efficient manner. The Manager Samantha was amazing, too. Also extremely friendly and helpful. She runs this this outback, really well. It was like a well-oiled machine. They all knew what they were doing and did it very well. Our food was excellent too. A great shout out to the cooks that night also. Excellent visit overall. I would go back in a minute. I wish I could, but I was just visiting Glendale then. 😊

We celebrated our anniversary at the Outback Steakhouse tonight. What a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Kaitlyn, our server, made our night extra special with her delightful energy and conscientious service. It was also a pleasure meeting Tim, the manger, with his welcoming personality making the Outback restaurant one of our new favorite’s.

Nikki our server was excellent she took care of our every need. We had an issue with some of the food which was not a big deal but she made sure the manager was aware of it. Tim, the manager corrected everything and made it right. Outback should be grateful that they have these two employees that take pride in the service they provide

Our food was great everything came out quickly and cooked perfect. Our server Patty was friendly and quick to refill drinks and make sure we had everything we need. The Manager Tim stopped by our table to ensure our experience was going great.

It was crazy busy on the Friday before veterans day. Our waitress was on top of it though and even told us about a free appetizer for veterans which we were unaware of. For how busy it was everything went great. We really appreciated their salute to veterans with the symbolic table set up in the waiting area. We eat here often and will continue to do so.

HUGE shout out to our waitress Madison!! We came to dinner last night for my birthday. From the moment we were seated we instantly knew we were going to have a wonderful experience. Madison greeted us with genuine kindness and a pleasant upbeat attitude. It truly felt like she was welcoming us and ready to make our experience eating out what it should be. So many times people go out to eat and the service is nonexistent and the food quality is unexceptional. NOT this time. She was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. She was accommodating to our requests and pleasantly offered items that were somewhat out of the norm (she sold us the sharks for my kids, got me a bigger bowl for my salad so I can mix my chicken well in it, and even sold us big ranches to go). We always had our beverages refilled in a timely manner and our food was beyond fabulous. Everything tasted great, the music was at a good volume, temperature in the restaurant was comfortable, and wow did Madison really make my birthday dinner special. She truly makes a difference in the customers experience. Thank you Madison for everything!

We come here often. The food is very good for the price and we've always had good service. My steak was a little underdone this time around, but I don't hold that against them and I didn't ask them to correct it. If I had, I'm sure it would have been corrected because they're great with customer service.

Our server Daniel (location at 59th Ave and Bell Rd) was a peach to have as a restaurant representative this evening. His attentiveness and affection shown to me and my friends was fabulous and we strongly felt he was the best we’d seen at this location. We had an excellent meal and Daniel made it a very nice night.
