Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The chicken and meal was delicious as usual. The price reasonable. We usually eat at the Surprise location but ate at the Arrowhead location this time. The problem was one of the employees. She was calling people's orders when they were ready but she was sooo loud. She was literally yelling with this loud screeching voice, constantly the WHOLE time we were there. Geez, we couldn't wait to get outta there, it was driving us nuts. That's too bad. Never had that problem at the Surprise location.

This is only my second time going here but I was short two chicken strips. Food is great but the wait at the drive-thru is long. Just to come home to find your short two chicken strips. Frustrating. My French toast was cooked great but my girlfriends was undercooked. Update:9/8/23 Canes did very well on making up for my previous experience! The customer service rep was awesome! And they were kind enough to replace the meals. I wasn't expecting that and it was highly appreciated. I appreciate great customer service and loyalty to their customers and they have won my business! Thank you Canes!

This is a busy location..LoL, like most Raising Cane's the drive thru is way packed. However, every visit is consistently good. Service, quickness of getting our food, the drinks (specifically the black Tea and lemonade) are always full. I just really like that it's a location I can go to and know it will be as good as I imagined it would be.

Love me some Cane's Whenever im in the mood for juicy chicken tenders then this is my go to place. Everything taste great here and the prices are great for the value you receive. The service is fast and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is always clean on the inside. We just wanted some good chicken and we got it! We didn't want a combo as we weren't interested in fries so we ordered 4 fingers, a coleslaw and a lemonade. The girl who took our order was not very friendly and seemed a little perturbed with us since we didn't just order a set meal, but discussed with ourselves exactly what we wanted.🤔 Disappointing!😞 Also while we were eating, we heard a loud outburst of laughing from the workers (all teens it appeared) just cracking jokes or something. Just didn't seem appropriate so that why I marked the atmosphere grade down. 😒 Anyway, our meal came quickly and the chicken was hot and delicious! 😋 Of the 4 pieces one was on the small size. ☹️ We were really enjoying it though. BTW, when we sat down, a nice woman came up to us and asked if we had gotten the senior discount. We said no because we didn't even know that they offered one! No signage or mention of it by our counter person. Seems like they should have it posted even if they don't want to ask for fear of embarrassing someone. Bottom line, we love their chicken and highly recommend it! 👍
