If your looking to a throw back sports bar where you can catch a bite and drink while putting a wager on the dogs this place is awesome! Service is good, food is good and plenty of tv's with sports on. Place has been here a long time. Great watering hole.
I've been coming here since I moved to Phoenix in 2012 and it's never let me down. The food, the staff and service, the OTB, it's really great. I brought my cousin last year and he loved it. He came out again this past week and was dying for an Erin Dip sandwich so we made it, but it was late and I honestly thought it was closed. However, it was open and we were greeted and seated immediately even though there was only 2-3 other people. I figured they would of denied us because they wanted to close early since it was a slow night, but they took us in and took care of us with no problem. Thank you all for being such awesome people. I normally get the half Godfather and French onion soup, decided on a full Reuben and French onion, absolutely amazing. The Southwestern Monk Club is wicked good too!
There were three of us and each had a different meal for lunch. It was all good. Waitress was attentive and the atmosphere was great.
Great sports bar atmosphere plenty of nostalgia great sports history all over the bar you can look at sports moments in time for hours. Are you into off track betting horses, dogs then this is the place for you, live music Saturdays, trivia, poker night and pool , darts you name it they have got what you need
The Staffing there is average could be a little bit better, the food is great my waitress Dayna was very friendly and made sure that we always had are drinks filled on time and made sure we left satisfied, over all a great place to grab a bite and hang out with friends.
Haven't been here in a while but usually like their food pretty well. Hamburgers were on special so I got that, came with bacon and cheese which was a nice surprise. Fries were tasty and I got a side of their homemade ranch, which was really good, to dip them in. Burger was pretty good but bun was kinda crumbly and burger a little dense and could've used more seasoning. Husband got the red pepper hummus plate and really like it, $9 seemed a tad high for that but he did like everything on it. Daughter got the chicken Alfredo and said it was just ok, sauce was bland and chicken looked great but was overcooked and kinda hard. Garlic bread that came with it had no salt or garlic, just buttered and grilled or toasted. Overall decent meal but not great.
Great place to play league poker tournaments on Tuesday and Thursday starting at 7:30. It’s the only time I’ve gone but it’s not bad and pretty laid back. Highly recommend the potato skins!
Nice place with friendly staff, the bartender was super cute, food was on point, and the whole crowd was cheering for the diamondbacks game... great time with good people, good prices on beer and food, a great time overall...
Always love getting together at Padre Murphy's. Full but not crowded, they have patio dining if you're in the mood. Full menu, good bar selection. Staff is fun and friendly.
Was looking for bar food and am so happy I found this place dive bar at it's finest great French onion soup and amazing service thanks for s great Saturday night
