Burger King

Can you believe these prices? Don't know how long they are good for but fantastic while they last. TWO BIG SANDWICHES of your choice...TWO FRIES or ONION RINGS plus TWO SODAS with all the free refills...for $10.00 dollars plus local taxes. UNBELIEVABLE!! and they still retain their well known quality. After having a wreck breaking my jaw and teeth I can actually enjoy their minced onion rings. I can't think of a single place where an elderly couple can eat this well at this price point. No wonder BURGER KING is our favorite fast food restaurant. Thanks to all involved.

Sunday, 3/20 about 4:15 PM. Men's restroom filthy with used paper towels strewn around the floor. Bathroom cleanliness generally reflects overall store cleanliness. But, I still TRIED to order. Guy behind counter had his back to the counter while he was texting on his phone. Finished his text, put his phone away, STILL didn't turn around, but instead helped himself to some fries to munch on while ignoring me. NOPE. Based on what I observed, this place has some serious sanitation issues. Won't be back. 1-star, and I didn't even get to order. (But, thanks for the bathroom break.)

This place has really went down hill this past year, last 2 times I've been was bad service. On first visit had a mouthy guy behind the counter, tonight sat in drive thru along with 3 other cars for 20 minutes to find out only 2 guys working inside and not doing orders through the drive thru. I used to love eating at this one in the past 4 years, but I'm beginning to think the extra cost at Sonic is the better service. I dropped the star rating from 4 to one, bad service and bad reviews aren't good for any business

Giving one star is being generous. Stopped here while driving home from Dallas. Sign said the lobby was open. We get out of the car as some people were leaving the restaurant, guy at the door shuts the door to a crack and says “do I let them in”? He then shut the door and denied my family service. I called the establishment and spoke to the “manager”, when I asked why you let those people in/out but not us she said “well they are employees coming to get food”. I will never stop at this location again and it seems that they only chose to provide services to their “employees” and not true customers.

My expectations for this burger King are already low due to past experiences. Under new management we gave it another chance. Swing and a miss. Dine in was locked but yet several non employee individuals were inside. As soon as I ordered breakfast for my family they scattered. Pretty sure they skipped out with my food. My order was insanely wrong. No receipt. Gave it back to have them correct the order. Pulled around and I was then handed the exact same wrong order. Will not ever be returning.

I ordered a LARGE fries at 10:38 was given a COLD bag with a container filled with packets of ketchup and about 12 fries....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! When I said I didn't want them she said too bad we can't take them back! As an aside, I only tried this Burger King because of posts on Facebook saying it was under new management and much better....LIES!!!
