Potbelly Sandwich Shop

This place genuinely gets such a bed reputation to the point where the reviews aren’t even reflective of what the actual service is like. I got my sandwhich perfectly fine with ok service because they were extremely busy. People seriously need to be kinder to fast food workers and have a little more patience.

I never review places but this place deserves a review and mostly for one worker. She was the kindest person that has served me any where. I didn’t catch her name, but she had a tattoo on her upper forearm and her hair was dark and reddish in a bun. She had an incredible attitude. I told her she was extremely kind. GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE. And the food was delicious:)

I just went in to go to the bathroom today. I'm an Uber driver and it was right where I dropped someone off. I would just like to say that I've always loved the food there. Also, the atmosphere in there retains the atmosphere of the first pot belly on Lincoln avenue many years ago. The only thing missing was the guy playing acoustic guitar on the balcony. Otherwise it is such a touching retro homage to that first pot belly on Lincoln avenue. Keep it up guys.

I've never been disappointed with anything from Potbelly's! We ordered the kids meal for $5, and the kids had a full-length sandwich cut in half, applesauce, a chocolate cool oatmeal cookie and drink. Such a great value! We also ordered the Mediterranean sandwich with chicken (very delicious and satisfying), chicken pot pie soup (had scrumptious crust/topping included), and a meatball sandwich. Everything was delicious, and portions are generous. They only forgot the applesauce so we had to go back inside for it, but still had a great experience. Potbelly's remains one of my fave fast food places to go to!

I just started using their pantry items one day. I just love the quality and taste and prefer it to what I'd normally grab at the store. The employees are always cool.. delivery people to the counter, all make it a pleasant experience. Easy to swing by and have take out bags ready while grabbing a salad or sandwich and soup. Addicted to those oatmeal dream bars on top of it. And its all light years ahead in taste and quality over a fast food lunch or dinner.. any day. After several purchases from PB.. they earned a big thanks. And 5 stars. Awesome place!

This is my second time visiting, and I think that their food is a little bland. Its good but I feel like it's something missing. But I dont know what it is. Other than that. I went there because of an gift card and I probably won't visit with my own money. I won't give less stars because of my own taste buds. But I just think that its godd for those whom has that kind of taste. And their smoothies ....ehhhh I dislike because they didn't taste like it. It tastes like they were made with ice cream And milk.

Friendly staff, quick service. In years past, this location was nothing but a hassle, with orders being consistently incorrect, and of poor quality. Within the last few months, I've noticed a complete turnaround in quality. Sandwiches are well made, orders are consistently correct. Really glad to see the improvement.
