Panera Bread

The older gentleman working the check out counter is always friendly and helpful. Have been here twice and he was helpful both times, I have avoided dining inside Panera for a while because of bad service I’d received in the past however this employee / manager is always so nice, I feel comfortable returning!

Love this Panera drive-thru they are so fast and nice! The menu is also easy to read and close to the car. They’ve gotten so many new options recently that I’m so excited to try like their chicken sandwich. My favorite food from here is the turkey avocado BLT. It is so yummy and filling. I also love their mac & cheese so much. there are many options for dietary restrictions as well.

Initially, this was a 2 star. I walked in only to find an unmanned cash register. I used the kiosk, which is confusing because of 2 special requests of topping exclusions. The wait time was decent. The drink fountain is tucked behind a partition, not visible. An employee was at cashier as I roamed around, so I asked him where fountain drinks were located. Very helpful and pointed me in the right direction. No lids to be found. The employee by pick-up was not as helpful. Kinda sorta threw a lid in my direction. No one called my number or name. My name was not on the electronic list. I walked over to a bag that was ours, sitting on the counter. Nice green tape closing the bag so I asked if everything was there. Lid guy said Yes everything is there or it wouldn't be sealed. I stepped away from the counter and did a quick review of contents. ***Note remove contents to ensure order is correct*** I should have, but that's on me for not being thorough. Went home, one sandwich was missing. The bread sides were wrapped and I mistook that for the third sandwich. I called the location but no one answered. Dinner rush, so I called a couple more times only to be booted from automated answering. Everyone was done eating, so my wife went back to the restaurant. The guy working the register made it right, even threw in 2 cookies. Lesson? Always check order thoroughly, not just a quick peek.
