Subway

Went to this subway yesterday i.e. jun 1st around 8:40 pm with my kids to pickup a few subs and had almost the worst experience ever. There were 2 young adults on duty. One girl and another young boy. The girl was really nice and was greeting the customers. The boy was apparently upset for whatever reasons and was rude to customers. We ignored his behavior a bit thinking that he must be tired or having a tough day. He was very rude in his body language and behavior but we didn’t really say anything to him and got our subs and got out. There was a customer and his son behind us, apparently the last one he wanted to serve and as soon as they walked out, the boy flipped at all who just left and shut the door behind them aggressively. This is not an acceptable behavior from anyone, more so from anybody working in service industry. I will be happy to take a call or reply to an email from subway corporate office or local to make sure they have the details of the employee right and give them necessary training.

My now sister in law ordered a party platter so we could have lunch while we were setting up her wedding venue and feed the wedding party it was ordered 1 or 2 days in advance and it was paid for in advance also it was to be picked up at 12 noon Saturday 4/9! I headed to Subway to pick it and they looked at me like I was crazy. Then either manager of the store asked the associate if she made and blurted out no I forgot so standing there in awkward silence with 8 other customers in the store! she through her hands up and didn't even offer to make it! I left so mad then called my sister in law and they refused to refund her money until Monday.. Don't go here the manager was rude and had no care for the customer.

It’s SUBWAY time !! Very nice and clean inside. Taste as usual like subway standard. Enough space for friends and family. Little busy at lunch time, though employees are very efficient to handle rush hour. Waiting time is reasonable. Very friendly. Whenever some customer left from table they immediately clean the table. Nice location. Enough parking space.

I usually love Subway but I had a very bad experience today. The main lady in charge spoke to both her employees and all the customers (including people who merely stopped by to pick up their online orders) in a very condescending way telling us to "go faster" and groaning very loudly/yelling if people asked questions. I could tell that the employees working today were new and still learning but every time they made a mistake, she would give them a stare and yell at them in front of everyone. It was very slow service, but since the employees seemed new I had no problem with this and more of a problem with the lady in charge. It made for a very negative environment and all the other customers were complaining of the same thing. I had an absolute terrible experience. I will drive the extra few minutes but go to a different Subway from this location next time.
