Five Guys

I haven't been to a Five Guys in a decent amount of time, but I remember why I love it so much. The food is incredible, the service is fast and the order was accurate. Also I could tell that the cashier who got our order actually enjoyed her job, or at least faked it beautifully. I'll definitely come back in the near future.

This is a very nice place to eat. The establishment itself is kept very clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is rather high for fast food burger and fries but the quality is delicious. The portion sizes on the french fries are ginormous so if there are only two people eating a small fry is more than enough. I have a family of four and one large fry still leaves us two or three more servings left after we have all had our fill. One thing that I really love is that they have the location of the potatoes they make their french fries out of each day listed up near the register. I think that is a fun little addition.

New, super-clean, very friendly location. Even has outside seating! Five Guys makes the best bacon cheeseburgers. Period. This is a typical location with seating, free peanuts, and a fairly efficient order processing line. Not the cheapest burger shop around, but in this case you truly get what you pay for in terms of quality, quantity and taste. Order large fries and see if you can actually eat the humongous bag full of fries that they give you. Store layout is tough... narrow space and not place for people waiting for orders to get out of the way of people trying to get a drink. Suggest that they move the drink machines a bit further down the 'alley', or just lose a table along the outside wall. 3/5/17 update: Have been to this location four times now, and can say that the service here is sloooooowwwww, as compared to the other dozen+ locations we have been to over the years. Maybe it is because they are still new and in training/learning? Slow register. Slow assembly. 20 minutes to get in & out with four orders in line in front of us, and two orders waiting. If they stay slow, will knock down a star on the review. Excellent.

I placed an order for my husband to pick up. When he arrived the staff was so disorganized he had no idea where to retrieve our order, and he was intentionally ignored as he tried to get a staff member's attention. After 20 minutes he finally gave up, and left just to have them claim that they had just announced his name. When we called to request a refund, we were told someone would contact us the next day to process the refund. It's been several days, and we've not yet received that call nor a refund. I feel deeply disrespected as a customer, and will never patronize another Five Guys after this experience. We feel especially irritated because we tipped well on a PICK UP order, just to be crapped on 😞
