Which Wich

Went here last night for the first time and found it to be a very tasty sandwich. Liked the fact there were many vegetarian choices also. The food was great and I also like the make your own menu options where you mark what you want on a sandwich bag and turn that in for a custom sandwich. Got black bean veggie sandwich and it was awesome. The restaurant was very clean and is an excellent neighborhood place for anyone in Glenn Allen - Short Pump or guests staying at Aloft Hotel. Will definitely be coming back again. Keep up the good work!

Never disappoints and always hits the spot! I tend to order the largest so I can enjoy it over two meals. While the price for their largest sub may bring average income persons to their knees (and heaven forbid you order fries/chips/shake/drink- as they are all a la carte), the taste wipes all those feelings away once you've bitten into the toasty deliciousness having reheated it in your oven/air fryer!

Dirty store for absolutely no reason since the store was empty. Unkempt employee making food who had no clue about food safety since he kept putting dirty hands into the cups. Asked if he was going to use gloves but REALLY didn't want him making my food. Thankfully a young teenager started his shift by washing hands then gloving up. He looked clean and I was so happy he made my sandwich!

I literally used to work here and I came in tonight and ordered a simple buffalo chicken sandwich. I got home and found 3 DAMN HAIRS IN ONE HALF OF MY SANDWICJ! Safe to say I will NEVER be going into this place ever again. Absolutely appalling. Never in my entire time working there did some nasty stuff like this happened. I'm so disgusted.

Dirty store, incredibly slow service, incorrect order, all teas were pouring just water, and it was a couple minutes past noon in an empty shop. Won't be back. Update: No, it was clearly water. My wife poured out watered-down tea, then I poured out water. Unless tea is clear, just like water, it was definitely water. For both sweet and unsweet. I even pointed it out to an employee while there, who said they already knew it was broken.

Great Subs! I had the Bahn mi and was pleasantly surprised how well it was executed! Although it didn't have the traditional Bahn mi subs pickled carrots and daikon, but it's still a very tasty sub! My only criticism about this place is that it's not very kept. It was not a very busy day and tables weren't wiped and floors were not swept.

This is not a great sandwich place, and it's a little on the pricier side for what you're getting, which is really just a Subway sandwich with the gimmick of writing on a bag instead of ordering. The bread has a really bland taste and mealy texture, the meat is low quality and meagerly portioned and it's just not very good.

I've been to different Which Wich locations in 4 different states. This is by far the slowest one. Waited over 30min for a club sandwich. Was wondering why it took so long, they had put my order aside for some unknown reason. When they finally started it, no apology and it went to the back of the line. When they finally finished it, 10min later, still no apology. Zero customer service at this location.
