Burgerworks

I had the Da Bom burger. It was absolutely delicious! Very flavorful, topping went well together! My son built his own burger. My daughter had the BBQ burger. She loved it as well. We ordered a large order of regular fries and sweet potato fries. Both was hot, fresh, and satisfying! Will definitely be back!

Great burger. My son has a dairy allergy so he did a burger with the Texas toast and it was great! I did the classic burger. It was a better version of a Five Guys burger. The service was excellent which makes them a winner too. Fries were excellent and they don’t use peanut oil instead they use canola which helps for someone who has peanut allergies. I grade the place an “A” for the quality of food and service.

Me and my boyfriend went to burger works to get some burgers and the facility was overall nice, although a little packed. We ordered two burgers and fries to go and it took about 25 minutes for us to get our food and when we got home to eat it the burgers were awesome but as we were eating my boyfriend found a small black hair in his ranch and usually I’m understandable and decided to still eat my fries since I didn’t use the ranch, then I felt something in my mouth and pulled out another small black hair and immediately lost my appetite and had to throw away my fries which were at least half of my meal (around 15 dollars) since my whole meal was 30 dollars. Staff was friendly but cooks need a better hairnet, and burgers were a little over cooked which made them a bit crunchy.

Burgers are delicious on every visit but this review is about customer service. Recently I was placing a mobile order. We arrived at the restaurant less than 10 minutes before closing and the order wasn’t ready for pickup. I went back and checked my order and realized that I hadn’t actually submitted the order! The manager and crew working that evening handled the situation graciously and proceeded to allow me to place an order even though they were getting ready to close up. Everyone was friendly in spite of this unexpected last minute order and of course it was delicious as always!

Great tasting burgers and plenty of options to choose from on their menu. Service is always professional, kind and sharp. This used to be my go-to spot when I lived in Short Pump, I visited recently and the food and service was just as good as it was back then. You get what you pay for when it comes to Burgerworks. If I have one critique I would say that they should add a chili burger to their menu. Not a lot of burger places have that available in their restaurant and I know that would sell at Burgerworks.

We had: the classic, barbecue burgers & a large fries. The size of the fries are like Five Guys, but they taste better here. There are other flavors for fries, plus fried pickles & onion rings. The burgers were cooked just right. They are crispy on the outside, yet juicy. There are multiple types, plus build your own. Free refills on fountain drinks. They also have beer & milkshakes.
