Service was great! The manager literally came to talk and served us appetizers. I liked their steak burrito and shrimp tacos. I just love the atmosphere. It’s just a fun place to hang out with friends and dine. Their price is about the same as a fast food joint, so I would rather dine here. Deducting one star because this place doesn’t take reservations.

Tex Mex type food. My beef was underseasoned in my combo fajitas, but the chicken portion was well seasoned. The tortilla chips are nice and thing. The creamy jalapeno ranch sauce has just a little kick, which is nice. Chicken tenders was available for kids and a generous portion for less than six bucks, and includes drink and dessert.

Wow! This place has a lot to look. While I was waiting for my food I was looking at all of the interesting decorations. Every inch of the restaurant is decorated. The food had lots of flavor and tasted differently. I was surprise on how much food I got and it was reasonably priced. It was really clean inside and great customer services.

This is a fun restaurant with eclectic decor inside. The combo fajitas were flavorful and plentiful for two adults to eat. The marinade was really great on the chicken though the steak was a bit chewy due to the amount of gristle which was a downside. The kids meals were huge portions and came with a complimentary child size drink which was nice.

Went on a Monday night, was not disappointed with their food! Chuy’s has some great food! They seemed to be a little understaffed, it was about a 25 min wait although there were many open tables. The hostess(Taylor I think) was awesome. Normally would comment on the wait staff but Taylor was running circles around everyone! She was dealing with a full waiting area, running Togo orders from the kitchen, answering the phone, and directing bus staff. She kept the front of the house together! After seating the chips, salsa, and glorious Jalapeño ranch was flowing on demand! Our waitress Eva did an excellent job juggling tables and kept the service running smoothly. Was surprised to see the manager running food and helping the staff as needed! My biggest complaint is that Chuy’s has shortened their menu so much that I miss all the old options I grew to love. I even heard the waitress across call the menu the “covid” menu. I get that Covid has changed things, but it’s nearly 2 years in, it’s like they are not even trying to bring back the full menu.

I am traveling for work and was so excited to see Chuy's! As soon as you sit down they bring hot fresh chips, house made salsa, and creamy jalapeño. I got chicken tortilla soup. Honestly I would travel to Chuy's just to get this. It is my favorite. Since the soup and chips fill me up I got flautas to share. They were also incredible. Topped my meal with a top shelf margarita. Server was great! They always are!

Expectations from this place are very high and they have delivered every single time. Sad that they do not have combo options on their menu which was a great way to try out different dishes in a single platter. Hands down to the service, quality and quantity of the food

OMG! We wanted to try a place we had not before so we stopped in here. We were originally told the wait would be 15-20 minutes but less than 10 minutes after we added our name to the wait list, we were seated. First off, we noticed the menu was much more streamlined than any other Mexican restaurant to which we had ever been. The waitstaff was pretty nice though so we thought we would stick it out. We ordered a nacho, jalapeno and bean appetizer and it was awful. The beans were extremely mushy and the dish, overall, was definitely not the caliber of Mexican or Tex-Mex to which we were used. Still, we stayed and ordered our entrees - one of which being a burrito. The burrito was drenched in what looked like brown gravy and white cheese which was something we had not experienced before. It was definitely a greasy confection that really was not suitable for us. As well, we ordered a fajita (I think) and it was nothing more than a pale, rolled up "thing." Upon seeing all of this, we just asked the waitress to take the entrees back and we just paid for our appetizer and went back to one of our go-to restaurants. Honestly, this place is probably good for people who typically eat canned, highly processed foods. My family doesn't typically eat that way. We eat higher quality foods although we definitely eat high sugar/ high fat foods sometimes. This meal was too processed for the price. It really reminded me of public school cafeteria food. Don't think we'll be coming back to this place.
