Subway

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! I placed online order, picked up my family's food. My 9 year old complained about her sandwich. I opened the sandwich to find the bacon uncooked, more than half the toppings were missing. My son wanted the meatball sandwich with cheesy garlic bread. NOPE, paid extra for nothing. The garlic bread is not sold here. Owner of subway emailed did not offer to refund or remake anything. Do Not make my mistake of ordering online, go in and watch your sandwich being made, or go to a different Subway. One on the Glasgow square is phenominal!!

Ordered a teriyaki chicken salad and received a teriyaki chicken protein bowl when I asked why it was in a bowl instead of chopped like a salad I was told that they were told to push the protein bowls because they cost more money and refused to make my correct order $8.90 for a protein bowl that was supposed to be a salad wow have been going to Subway for years will never use this location again extremely poor service

So I have been here and had good experiences, but today is a different story. One of the workers was extremely disinterested and her body language was very negative. Once she decided to wait on me, her interactions were very negative. She barely spoke up, threw stuff around and then started telling her co-worker about how she wanted to quit. I never felt welcome today and felt like I was inconveniencing them.

I went in on Labor Day (so kudos to the young man who was working the restaurant by himself). When I asked for a rotisserie-style chicken footlong on whole wheat bread and Swiss, he told me there wasn't enough chicken or Swiss. Unfairly to him (it was certainly not his fault they'd run out), I became a bit ticked off. Nonetheless, he made my sandwich as I ordered it, and I must say it was a pretty good meal. Subway, if you ever find out who the employee was (Monday, September 3, 2018, at 5:30 pm), please give him my apologies and congratulate him for keeping his cool despite my piqued mood.
