I won't typically post a poor review. This experience I believe is warranted. Placed an order and found out the card reader wasn't working. No biggie as I had cash. Asked for a fountain drink with my meal. Was warned that the machine might be broken. Was just going to get water so I thought no biggie. It was a biggie as the water had black floaties in the water. Poured the water out and threw out the cup. The gal handing us our food gave me an ice tea that left me not wanting to drink it. My wife suggested that it was standing for some time and likely had gone bad. On the plus side, my burger and curly fries were tasty.

Rarely leave a poor review but these gals were upset with me despite being very friendly and as nice as possible. I came to the drive through late (1:45am) to get some food. I had a large order so I can understand if they messed it up (they forgot the 8 tacos). No biggie so I sat back through the 30-45 min line and when I got back to the window with the receipt she said she remembers giving me my tacos. I was a little upset but I still wanted my tacos so I said I'd pay again for them and she charged me again but then they added a lot of hot sauce to the tacos because I said that I hadn't got them. It's unfortunate that an honest mistake is so difficult to deal with these days. I at least got my tacos (that I paid double for) but everything else was cold for my friends by the time everything was sorted. Hope for an easier transaction in the future.

Probably the worst fast food I've ever had. I got the munchies box deal with the nacho chicken sandwich. The fries were cold and you could see behind the counter that they had a huge pile of fries premade just getting old and nasty. The tacos were cold and has clearly been made ahead of time and left to sit. The top portion of the taco shell was hard and the bottom was greasy and chewy. It is clear that no one working there cares about the customers or even providing the bare minimum of decent food.

Placed an order on the app @ 1230 in the morning on 1/5/2022 for the ultimate bacon cheese burger and a medium curly fry. Paid for it with my mastercard walked up to this location to pick it up at the drive through like the app said to pick it up there and find out this facility is closed for maintenance. Being a truck driver I dont have any other options to get anything to eat. The travel plaza I am parked at doesnt have much of a selection and i wanted a burger for once instead of ramen or anything else like it. Not to pleased that I get charged and dont get my order. There should be a notification on the app if a certain place is closed for maintenance instead of it just saying open 24hrs. Very dissatisfied trucker!!!!!!!!
