Jack In The Box

Normal fast food joint. The employees attitudes are hit and miss here. Sometimes you get really nice friendly people but many other times you get people that rush you to take your order and then ignore you while you sit at the pick up window. They rarely get our drive thru orders wrong though! Watch out for that super tight and tiny drive thru and parking lot. The drive thru is crazy narrow with a tight turn that you can see where dozens of people hit the concrete wall. They paint it pretty often though. You may also have to wait on the main road to get into the drive thru so it is best to pull into the drive way on first street as you drive towards Monterey Road.

This is the smallest Jack in the box I've ever seen. Even the sign inside says "maximum occupancy 5"! The burger patty was dry. Also you should know that this is not the nicest neighborhood in Gilroy. We stopped here because we were looking for a quick bite to eat before going to Gilroy Gardens but wouldn't recommend anyone else to do the same.

They were just standing around talking when we tried to order and we had to repeat the order 4 times so they actually got it correctly. (We did not have any special requests just a meal and drink). Then they gave us the wrong food and when we went to get the correct food the MANAGER gave us attitude and said that’s what we ordered when even on the receipt it says a different item. I will never go back to this Jack in the box again.

Consistently the worst jack in the box you could go to. Always bottom of the bucket even for jack in the box, and I like jack in the box. Order is never right. Won't put order in the screen, won't read off your order, won't give you a receipt, makes you wait out front, then in a parking spot. Usually the drive through takes almost 20 minutes for our small family. I'm actually really sad this jack in the box is so bad. Sometimes I drive to the Morgan Hill jack in the box from Gilroy, 20 minutes which is how long this one takes. And I live a block away...
