Took about 30 mins to get our food, we were just honestly excited to FINALLY see them allowing dine in at this location. It's really hard to eat certain foods in the vehicle while driving, and the drive thru line here takes FOREVER! Food came out hot and fresh, and correct. Hopefully they are doing something at this location to better serve customers! Thank you!

The server was friendly and the order was taken quickly however the quality of the food was Terrible. The sausage had a day old feel and taste. There are better breakfast options in town I would seek those out.

Edit: Following my review below, I decided to give the app one more try. To my surprise it worked. I prefer to use the app because it's easy to customize my order because I'm on a keto diet and I'm able to remove breads and potatoes from my order through the app. Rather order that way than over the drive thru intercom.
Original review: I prefer to order using apps for local fast food. Quick, easy and convenient when I'm in a hurry. I work just a few blocks away. Used to go here at least once a week. They haven't been taking online orders in months if not the past year. And the app won't let you know this until AFTER you've made the order and try to pay. Go up to the store and the dining room is closed 80% of the time. A few weeks ago, the drive thru was coned off and the place was locked up tight at 9am. Pretty much don't even consider them anymore for breakfast or lunch.

My mom and I came here yesterday evening on 5-30-22. The woman that took our order was extremely rude and abrasive. I ordered first and actually stood to the side to observe the interaction between my mom and her. (Because she was already ill-mannered towards me, and I do not tolerate people being rude to my mother.) We're not confrontational, but this woman was on the verge of me having to call her out.
I worked retail many years, dealt with all kinds of things, but you NEVER take out personal issues or whatever the case may be on paying customers. Completely unacceptable attitude working in customer service.

I enjoy the chicken fingers with a Salad & my husband's favorite is their Egg Rolls & burgers. Jack in the Box in Gilmer is Awesome! Fresh, Fast, & excellent Customer Service!

It's a shame but even when I'm really craving Jack In The Box I have to debate whether it's worth the trouble. Customer service is rude and slow. Have had the drive thru window slammed in my face mid sentence while asking for sauce or my drink that they forgot. Order is wrong or stale at least 50% of the time. I once got a biscuit sandwich where the biscuit was hard as stone, Im shocked it didnt cause dental damage. I do mobile ordering and hit make it now 10-15 minutes prior to arrival, yet, always get told to pull up and end up waiting, sometimes an additional 10 minutes for the food. Get charged for large when they're out of larges, with no offer of free anything to make up the difference. Their hours do not correlate with other locations or Google info. Mobile ordering was "temporarily unavailable" for many months. I could go on but I've wasted enough time and money on this place.

This location doesn't seem to do alot of business even though there were alot of workers there. Employees stood around looking at us as if they had never seen a customer. After standing at the counter for about 5 minutes, the person at the counter seemed to come to life and cheerfully ask to take our order. Every one was pleasant, just seemed a little creepy, lol. Honestly. The guy that took our order and 3 others just stood there staring like they had never seen another person or like robots that were switched off. After about 5 minutes, everyone clicked on and everyone was friendly and helpful. We were the only customers there and no one at drive through. It was about 6pm and even though the lobby closses at 8 according to the door sign, everyone just seemed like they had checked out. The food and service was great after that. Just strange. Is jack in the box hiring robots now?
