Great experience. The ladies behind the counter were incredibly energetic and engaging. They even gave me an quick update on some upcoming events. They were very patient and informative with us while we looked at the menu. When Zephrah finished the drinks, she walked them all the way, around the counter, to hand us the drinks personally. That's a very cool little little bit of added customer service that was greatly appreciated. Such a small thing, made a tremendous impact on my impression of this place. Yea, I can get my own drink, but the added sentiment reminded me of my kids when they are excited to bring me something they made. Keep treating your guests like friends, and I will keep driving out of my way to come here. Great job.

Went there after a procedure and ordered a smoothie with blueberries, strawberries, mango pineapple banana. It was the best smoothie I have ever had in my life and then I had some breakfast flatbread thing with scrambled eggs, avocado cheese, and onion, absolute best, hands-down, I highly recommend it. Prices are reasonable I will never get a smoothie from any other place and the staff was amazing, and they’re fast service. That was at the location on Stapley and baseline absolutely delicious best hands-down if you’ve never tried it, you have to.

Great smoothies. Yummy sandwiches. Only thing, smoothies are unnecessarily large and cost around 7-8 dollars each. I usually dont finish an entire drink unless it's a "meal" with protein. So I don't try a lot of the "fun" drinks. I would never drink enough to rationalize spending $8. If they offered a smaller version, I would probably come here more often.

I downloaded their app and ordered 7 smoothies for my entire family from this place for the first time yesterday. Everyone at home said the smoothies tasted great and they will definitely be ordering from here in the near future. Tropical Smoothie has definately gained 5 stars from me and also new customers. I like the fact that this place opens early and also stays open late. I would only change that if they offer instore pick up in their app? We should be able to pick up from inside the store or a side window in the store and not make us go thru the Drive-thru window as I had to wait infront of all the cars infront of me to pick up my smoothies from the Drive-thru window.
