Me and my family, with our cousins, went here for our very first time in July of 2023 to visit Arizona during the excessive heat warnings. I tried their gelato and their toasted marshmallow flavor and it was so good! Money well spent. Also, the presentation looks really nice and it's just amazing. Even though it was hot, it was still an awesome experience in Arizona.

First time I go and they treated me excellent and the flavors were delicious. My favorite flavors were biscoff and toasted coconut cream brûlée. I ordered a waffle cone but sadly the cone tasted stale. Other than that everything was tasty.

Amazing Gelato! Very clean and organized facility. The worker was kind and helpful. Only one table inside so be prepared to sit outside or as we did walk around the mall while eating on the go. We ordered the mint chocolate chip and it was amazing!

1st visit and it was delicious! Brought some friends with me for their 1st gellato experience ever and they loved it too. Good variety of flavors, average inside seating options for your typical order-at-the-counter ice cream parlor, friendly staff. Phoenix does not have a plethora of gellato spots, so it was great to find Frost!

Great atmosphere and the presentation of the Gelato is spectacular. Had the strawberry champagne flavor and could truly taste a hint of champagne. Not a lot of seating inside but the staff is wonderful and constantly offering commentary cold water. A Must try when in the area.

The line is worth the wait. Just be patient; some people will get 1,000 samples. Delicious Gelato. Better than most ice cream places. Seasonal flavors are great. Super friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. Remember to tip!!

This is one of my favorites in the valley for ice cream/gelato. I’m a big fan of the fruit ices- lemon is my favorite. If you haven’t ever tried the frost bites in the freezer you should, they are absolutely amazing.

This place has good quality gelato with pristine presentation. Definitely hit this spot next time you want something to cool down around the outlets. I ordered the large espresso shake with whole milk. The shake was pretty good. I’d recommend anything fruit flavored though.

This place is amazing. The gelato was the BEST! Service was excellent. Got to sample a few before purchasing. Cute atmosphere. Seating both inside and out.
Flavors are true to taste. Hands down best was the toasted marshmallow. Not too sweet but full of flavor. Paired it with chocolate to get a true s’more flavor.
A place that was kid friendly and fun too!
