Beef Shoyu ramen is my personal favorite but I haven’t tried much else. It’s an easy going atmosphere and I come about once a month or every other month. I’d recommend trying.

Great ramen! The staff are all very friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. It is conveniently located in the San tan village chopping mall, making it a great stop if you are shopping around!

The house ramen is the best but also the non-ramen dishes are amazing. Highly recommend the gyoza. We eat here at least once a week. I have no idea why there are lower reviews. I’ve tried lots of ramen places and this place is so good.

3.5-4 stars I would love suggestions on where to get good ramen in the Phoenix valley! This was my first time having ramen, so I'm not really sure how it stacks up. I'm judging solely on my experience. First off, I thought it was kind of expensive for what we got. ~$40 (with tip) for two bowls of ramen and 4 spring rolls. It wasn't bad, but not great. It wouldn't make me feel "oh I want some ramen!" The noodles were the best part, honestly. I had the spicy pork broth with pork meat and fried tofu. The broth was flavorful and hot, which is good because it was so rich that if it was warm, it would have been awful. There were 2 small pieces of pork and 4 pieces of tofu. I've had tofu and it's ok but here I did not like it. I was left wanting more veggies to round out the dish. The egg was nice, but it was cold in the center so I dunked the last bite and let it warm up a little. The people were nice though.

Came here for lunch food was delicious. I had the chicken yakisoba noodles, my husband and son had the Tonkotsu Ramen. They ate it all. They also have milk team so good! Definitely recommend to all the ramen lovers out there!

The food here is very delicious! House Special Ramen is my favorite. I especially like the beef in the Ramen, it is so tender and tasty. The portion of Ramen is perfect and I even finished all the soup each time.

I got the House Special with shrimp. It's my favorite. I love spicy food and this hits the spot. When I go to other ramen places they don't have this flavor. So I'm always gonna be coming back to Haiku Tokyo.

I gave this place a second chance after a bad first impression. I got the house special ramen and it was pretty good. I’m glad I asked the cashier what he liked and and this is what he recommended.

WOW! This place blew my mind. The food was stunning and reminded me of Chinatown San Francisco! We had a large party and got a little of many different things because we had never been there before and we were just guessing. The food was 5 stars! We could have used some help with the menu and just guessed a lot. Nobody checked on us, so it was a little strange and felt like fast food service in a nice restaurant. But the actual food is nothing shy of amazing!
