Dulce Churro Cafe

Churro was fresh and delicious. I wasn’t a fan of the ice cream (cookies and cream). It just didn’t taste fresh to me. I wasn’t a fan of the strawberry horchata that I tried. I say this only because it was too sweet from the strawberry syrup and the horchata itself tasted a little watered down for my liking. I like the horchatas from Backyard Taco or Calitacos a bit more, but everyone has their own preference for that. There is a lot of different options on the menu and I would say the churro was tasty enough to want to come back and give the other variety of the things on the menu a shot at the very least. It looks like a cute place to go out on a date for a quick dessert or a place to take the kids for some dessert. I would come here again I just would not get the same items (ice cream add-on or horchata).

Nice clean cafe. If you order dine-in, they actually serve you on ceramic plates which is a neat touch. The churros are nice and crispy and just the right amount of sweetness. You can see them making it fresh. Also, the drink was perfect- and not overly sweet. Portion size was just right. The spot is cozy and neat- with sofa seating toward the back, small tables in the front, and bar-style seating along the wall. Plenty of chairs to go around. The server was friendly and welcoming. Had a great and delicious experience.

We love coming here for dessert. They have many selections to choose from and different forms of churros. We tried the funnel cake churro with Dulce de leche topping and the churro bites with Dulce de leche. They were both absolutely delicious. I highly recommend adding ice cream it’s a perfect pair. Also, they have an horchata bar, you can add flavors to your horchata. Service is always great and fast, highly recommended.

Updated 5/7/22, and upgraded to 5 stars. I love this idea. So many options. The store is clean and has a good vibe. I love the cute sheep motif. Your first time coming, you will study the menu in a daze trying to decide. But I can see how the mixing and matching gets easier the more you come. My advice to first timers is to simply ask what is popular and get that. It will reduce the anxiety of not knowing what or how to order. The churros fries were crispy. This is because they are thin, but we later came for a filled churro and found it to be soft and almost juicy, which is what I prefer. We spent $5 for churro fries with two dipping sauces. You'll spend about the same for most churro items on the menu. It's not Costco cheap, but it's also not Disneyland expensive. The in-store pictures show fresh strawberries on some of the creations, but they do not actually offer strawberries. Consider yourself inoculated against disappointment. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available.

A delightful surprise!! They make made to order Churros! Whether you’re in the mood for a stuffed Nutella Churro with soft serve 🍦, a choco latte rie hot/cold cartel coffee drink, or horchata bar this place will satisfy your sweet tooth. Pro Tip: Ask for the punch card. Get a free Churro after you’re 10th purchase. We got the El Grande, Spaniard, Bites Nutella filled churro and the Churro bowl. I would recommend this place! Tell them I sent you.

Loved this place!! We went on a Friday night and it was busy but not too crazy. Everything came out fresh and hot in a timely manner. The filled churros are really good with the Bavarian Cream being our favorite. The Affogato stole the show and I highly recommend getting one and dipping your Churro bite!!
