I had about an hour to kill before an appointment so I came in for breakfast. Fast and friendly service and perfect inside for eating and doing a little work while I waited. While I was sitting there, a customer came in the door with a Einstein bagel bag in her hand. One of the staff greeted her and said, "good morning, what can I fix for you?" The customer explained that she received the wrong order in the drive-through. The employee apologized and made it right for her. I was very impressed that the employee was attentive enough to notice that she came in with a bag and the initial response was how can I fix it? Not usually what you get when you return with a wrong order. A+ service

Got an order to go, cold brew and an egg sandwich. Free egg sandwich with purchase on your birthday. Really cute inside. Order was ready when I arrived.

We got our morning coffees and bagels at this location for a few days while visiting family. I'd rate the quality of the food and coffee as 5 stars but the service was uneven. They got several basic coffee orders wrong and had to remake them. They were apologetic about it. We also did the walk in because the drive thru line was always long.

Had such a good experience here. The customer service was great. My order on the website showed up late (the website's fault not theirs) and they gave me a free coffee while I waited. Very pleasant staff and clean location. Highly recommend and will be back!

Great bagels. Friendly service. When they ask if you want your dozen bagels sliced, I suggest declining (see photo). I often forget that the automatic slicers generally slice very irregularly, unless you like one super thin slice with all the toppings and the other slice overly thick with little toppings, which also complicates an even toasting of your bagels. Probably the slicers were designed for when bagels were bigger...remember? Also a tip if you're not already aware: any bagel location will unavoidably run out of some bagel varieties the later it is during the day.

We just moved to the area and were looking for a local place to grab a bagel this morning. Googled it, and this place came up. We thought, “ Great! Coffee & Bagels! Just what we needed. Sounds like a great mom and pop joint.”
We looked at a pic or two.. the bagels looked awesome, and so we decided to go. When we pulled up... we saw that we had been tricked! I’m sure upon viewing more pics, we’d have seen that this place was a chain, but we didn’t look that far.
The sign out front does technical say Coffee & Bagels... it’s just that no one mentioned that it said caribou COFFEE & einsetin BAGELS..
I mean we were disappointed, but the bagels were still really tasty so in the end, it’s whatever.

8am on a Wednesday this location had plenty of options. Always clean and the staff is friendly. Coffee is so so but mainly going for bagels which are delicious.

Einsteins is the best! Went to the counter and immediately knew that this would a great place to have breakfast!! Clean, great environment, friendly staff. Very nice gentleman I met earlier today! Didnt get his name but he was a nice guy. Tried their chorizo and 2 egg bagel! Oh man! I even got their Bacon Avocado and Turkey on Asiago bread, it looks fantastic cannot wait to bite into this one! I'm drooling already!! Gotta eat guys!
