This is what happens when you hire nothing but teenagers. This was by far the most nastiness chipotle I have been to. Chandler is a very beautiful place, but please clean and sanitize. I will follow up in two weeks guys

Most Chipotle Mexican Grill stores are the same. We found this one friendly, prompt, and generous. The food was delicious and the ingredients were fresh. The store was quite clean, but it was obvious a toddler had just eaten at the table next to ours. The staff was cleaning it up as we were leaving. I would like to return another day.

Dude this Chipotle is seriously one of the worst I have ever gone to. The staff doesn’t even seem like they’re paying attention to anything. And if you say you want a *tiny* bit of something on your burrito, they’ll be absolutely sure to throw a massive glob on it for you. Oh you want a decently folded burrito? Here’s a tortilla folded lazily in half with the ingredients spilling out. I understand working in fast food can seriously be a drag sometimes but come on, guys. I guess that’s what happens when you hire high schoolers who have no real responsibilities and don’t know yet what it’s like to depend on a job.

Great Chipotle food as always but this is one of the dirtier Chipotle restaurants I've been in. The staff stand around with blank expressions when they could be wiping down the empty tables in-between customers. The room was nearly empty and almost all of the tables had food scraps on them. The drink station is a mess and the bins for sweetener are a 1/4 full of liquid and ruined packets. There is no bin for waste there so there are straw wrappers and torn sweetener packets all over the place. The iced tea was stale and starting to become discolored and bitter tasting. It seems as if the staff needs more direction or a team leader to set a better example for the standards that the business is known for.

I don't normally like leaving negative reviews but in this case I feel like I need to say something. I ordered two bowls to go. My order included; white and brown rice, pinto beans, new pollo asado and a variety of the sauces and lettuce guac and cheese.
When I got home I started eating the bowl I noticed that the rice wasn't fully cooked and crunchy and the meat was freezing.
I'll try my luck again and at a different time and hope for better results.

I don't mind food shortages because there's no control you have over it but the staff was insanely rude. All younger kids who didn't even listen to what I was saying and were laughing with each other while on the line. Don't come to this location.

Waited 5 minutes in line. No greetings, just ignored completely. Apparently they stop making fresh food after 9. Showed up at 9:17, out of two meats; pollo asado and steak.
