My server Matt was exceptional! I’ve never had customer service quite like his! From his knowledge to his warmth presence, I had the best experience with him. Definitely going to be requesting him next time!

my familys first time there. while we waited for a table of 3 adults and 4 kids I'm assuming she was the manager, she had blonde hair and she was very nice as she interacted with myself and my children I loved it. we got our table ordered our food the kids got kids cheese burgers with Mac n cheese and sweet potatoe fries, salmon and rice, salmon and fries and pizza with fries and rice. we got appetizers of the calamari, clam chowder, seabass sliders then we got salmon and fried rice(not pictured) and some shrimp stir fry. and also the ribeye meatballs(not pictured but sooooo good) and shrimp tempura sushi roll the food was ok I just don't think the prices match the food. I didn't care for the calamari but my niece did I really liked the meatballs the fried rice and teriyaki salmon was good I just need more sauce to pour on the food the experience was good nice staff I would go back customer service was on point for me

We were in Chandler for a 5K and stopped in here with friends. We were so lucky to have had Blake wait on us. He was WONDERFUL!!! He recommended the pumpkin martini, and it was AMAZING! He took such great care of us. You don't find servers like Blake anymore. If you're nearby.... stop in and ask for Blake. He'll take GREAT care of you. Thank you, Blake, for being so friendly and attentive.

Our waiter (Sarah) was a literal Angel! She made the experience for our 14 person party so easy and so fun! She was so much fun and so helpful and patient. My girl deserves a raise!!

One of my FAVORITE places to go to for a wonderful mix of different types of food. There's such an amazing variety of food to pick from. So fresh and delicious. I love the option of dining inside or out, either option presents a wonderful atmosphere.

New update: We went for reverse happy hour last night and again, new food items were delicious. Our margarita was top notch and the prices amazing. Staff was equally attentive and helpful, overall a great night. This place is way better than a lot of the restaurants here in the east valley for food, prices, ambiance, great drinks, and service! I highly recommend!
Happy hour was amazing! I can't recommend a better place than Kona in the south east valley if you love great food, excellent service, ambiance and street/people watching. Joe did a wonderful job being informative and attentive. Our food was delivered hot, quick, and beautiful. We had calamari, fries, and the spicy shrimp tuna rolls. Everything was perfect and can't wait to go again!

The fish tacos and Potstickers are excellent for the happy hour special. They are always busy but you get your food at a good time and it's worth it. Ironically enough I havent had any alcoholic beverages but the water is good too. Same situation where I ate it and forgot take a pic But yes come in and try it you won't regret it!

Ambience is superb. It was father s day..my daughter and son in law with sister vaishakhi knew what to order...in drinks men loved the old fashioned...I took Moscow mule and tasted ginger tea too.sushi..avocado rolls..dry shrimps..and so much more with Rylee s smile...it wS a wow feeling...great value for money...will visit soon
