I really liked the food here, and it came out in his timing despite being a busy night! Be sure to make a reservation if you don't want to sit at the bar! The staff was very friendly and attentive as well. We got the pork belly dish and the hell chicken and both tasted great. Wasn't expecting the spicy kick from the pork belly but it definitely had some so if your sensitive like me beware! As I don't recall seeing it stated on the menu I wish they'd inform of whatever spice they used. Someone feel free to correct me if it does note it though! I still thought it was delicious though, just needed more water than normal lol

If you try to find a restaurant in Gilbet downtown where provided good food and pleasant service, don’t miss here. I booked the restaurant from Open Table and which is really fully booking. We order Stone Fruit Paradise cocktail, Artichoke, Grilled Octopus, braised Short-Rib, Rigatoni, Jerk Chicken… all perfect and impeccable. Especially one think I need to bring up that our server “Michelle “ is extremely friendly and presented high hospitality. We loved this restaurant and will be coming back soon.

DO NOT MISS this amazing restaurant! We were completely blown away by our brunch. Truly world class, and I don’t say that lightly. Everything was sensational, including the presentation — the fried artichoke fritte, short rib hash, and the chilaquiles, were original and flawless. Great cocktails. Allison offered perfect service. We are SO going back for dinner!!

Wow! So GOOD!! 1st time at Copper 48 and we are so happy we got the chance to dine here. Reservations were full but 2 seats opened at the bar and we are so happy we took those seats. The food and drinks did not disappoint!! And the bartender super nice!! He recommended the Wings as an appetizer as they come. I thought I hated Blue Cheese BUT the Blue Cheese crumble they add to this Buffalo grilled and fried wings... AMAZING! So delicious that I completely forgot to take the picture before we ate them. Copper State drink is a must if you like your drink to be a little on the sweet side. My Short Rib dish has made me wonder where has mascarpone polenta been all my life. So creamy and smooth that now I need to find a way to make it at home and replace mashed potatoes. The braised Marsala Short Rib was so tender I am so glad I went with this choice. As first timers of Copper 48 we enjoyed our Date Night dinner and highly recommend. Just remember call to make a reservation ahead if you want a table on a Saturday night... We did call but it was already full... We are SO lucky we got seats at the bar. All restaurants are still under staffed because of the pandemic so be kind to the staff that are working. Copper 48 you guys are AMAZING!

Great drinks, food, and service. Just rebranded from Nico's, same owners, but we had a great time. Their menu is a bit higher end then expected because of the $$ rating on Open Table but the dinner was quite pleasant. I really liked their cocktails and the food didn't disappoint. Ambiance was what we were looking for and great view of the downtown Gilbert life. The bar was impressive and cocktails were worth the trip alone. Not too far of a walk from the parking garage either. Enjoy!

We've been wanting to go here for quite a while. Finally got the opportunity tonight. Nice place in the heart of downtown Gilbert. Decor is very upscale, the music was a little loud and didn't fit the decor. The food was very good, portions are a little on the small size; especially for the price.

What an amazing experience at Copper 48. I never had the chance to visit Nico’s Heirloom Kitchen but Copper 48 is the bomb! Every dish we had were great, nice selection of cocktails and wine as well. The Braised Short Rib with Mascarpone Polenta is to die for, must try! We took our friend who was visiting here and we will definitely be back. So good.

This place is amazing. Bartenders are very knowledgeable mixologists. They take pride in what they do and you can tell with every sip. The salmon is to die for as well as the jerk chicken. These people know what they are doing!!

We were here on a busy Friday night and they sat us right away on the patio at out 730 reservation (nice to see a restaurant that knows what a reservation means).
Every thing we ordered here was delicious. I had the artichoke starter, the salmon entree and a blood orange and olive oil cake for dessert. I can certainly recommend all of them. The place was packed and our food did take a while to arrive, but the environment was fun and the food worth waiting for. I hope the salmon is still on the menu when I return.

Great spot for brunch! AZ weather is perfect this time of year for some patio dining. The place was surprisingly quiet on a Friday mid-day. Enjoyed our meal & service. For a first visit I'd say the place made a good impression and I would come back again. Free parking garage nearby made access easy.
