Dirty. Went in for a sandwich and stopped first in bathroom, which was disgusting. Toilet was filthy. Went to order and the glass had dirty prints and smears all over it. I did not order and left.

I placed a mobile order to eat during my 30 minute lunch break. I placed the order at about 1:05pm. The completion time provided in the app was for 1:20. I got to this Subway at 1:35pm. Not only was it not ready a full thirty minutes later, they told me they didn’t have an order in my name. The ticket was still in the machine. They made three more sandwiches before they made mine. Then they didn’t make it the way it was printed on the order ticket, using only half the ingredients and sauces I had ordered for it, so I had to give it back to them to make correctly. It took almost an hour to get one sandwich. The worst part was the staff wasn’t the least bit apologetic or sympathetic about any of it.

Me and my wife are gluten intolerant. We went in during slow revenue and asked for two bmt salads with ingredients not touched by bread. Our salad was improperly chopped, the cheese wasn't what we ordered, and the assembler took some of my wife's salad that got cross contaminated on the assembly line BACK IN HER BOWL even though we said we'd tip before ordering and reassured the assembler that we were in no rush and that we appreciated them.

I ordered lunch for my office using the Subway app and THEN ordered in person for myself, because I have a wheat allergy (which I found out you can add in the app adding bacon and specifying in the details, *gluten free bread because they cost the same). I don't order out often because of the wheat allergy, but they handled it so well, they asked if it was an allergy then wiped necessary items down and she washed her hands again. I just really appreciate it because it's pretty embarrassing for me to mention it. It also looked like they were keeping everything super clean for customers and food prep in terms of the virus. Thank you ladies!

For those who are taking safety precautions during covid (and who basically just have a little common decency) I do NOT recommend this establishment. I visited this Subway on Saturday, 4/17/21 a bit after 1pm and found that the folks waiting in line in front of me weren't bothering with masks - one man wasn't even wearing a mask and he was talking and laughing with three other people who had masks on that didn't cover their nose. I waited around for 10-15 minutes in hopes that as they approached the counter the staff would ask them to mask up or get out, but when the guy who was maskless got to the counter the staffer simply started taking the order. That's when I decided to leave, only after informing the group that they should be wearing their masks (and correctly), and one had the gall to follow me out and snidely wish me a nice day. Not a safe establishment, I wish the staff had refused them service; I was recording in case the maskless customer was going to cause trouble upon being asked to abide by the mask policy, but instead I simply had to leave.

As soon as I walked in, even though she was helping a customer, she welcomed me in and went ahead and said again, "I'll be right with you". she even cut the customer's sandwich in 6 piece without any complains for difference in her body language. She gladly did so with smile and also gave me outstanding service Loved the customer service and speed and quality here!

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. First off management is pathetic and doesn’t give a whoop about employees or customers, the sandwiches are overpriced with a 6 inch sandwich costing me at least 6$. Really? I can buy a pack of bread and some turkey for that price and make better* sandwiches at my house. But why am I surprised they only care about making money. Seriously disappointed and never coming to subway ever again. Make a sandwich at home instead of throwing cash at this ludicrous business.
