Haven’t eaten at Panera in a while but can say I do miss it. Always delicious food and the service was great, as expected. The turkey a avocado melt is amazing and recommend it for sure

Panera it's our family place! I like the atmosphere with fire pits, views, and 10 vegetable soup is my favorite so far. My little girl always existed about their mack&cheez, strawberry 🍓 smoothly, and pizza!
My teenage girl lives green smoothly and pizza for sure! And sandwiches are favorite for my husband.

The new chicken sandwich was dry, tasted like it was bought out of the processed chicken freezer section in the grocery store. When I went up to get my lunch the person that handed me the food said she couldn't take the number and then proceded to ask if I would put a dirty dish that was left on the counter by someone else over to where other dishes were. First time eating at Panerai. I was told food was so good. Was not impressed at all.

I really like how healthy the food is. Always fresh and fast. I really like ordering through the app and picking up in store. I have my favorite items for lunch and breakfast. My favorite drink here is the papaya green tea. The Mac n cheese is extremely good. I would recommend Panera to all my friends. Also you can earn rewards with an account.

This location is terrible at getting orders out on time. Even when it’s slow in the store the rapid orders just sit on their counter waiting for the final check that takes 10 minutes because the staff are too busy chatting with each other. Everything else is great but the waiting is ridiculous.

This place was absolutely filthy! They looked like they haven’t cleaned for a few days. If the dining room is this dirty I’d hate to see what the kitchen looked like.

My daughter used to love Panera,,, until our last after youth group quick stop for her usual Mac n cheese. We live 3 mins from the restaurant so it's always still steaming hot when we get home and she got her first spoonful and went to start blowing on it to cool it down and she almost threw up just from the smell. I of course thought she was being a typical 14 year old dramatic teenager... Yea wish I took her word for it. Disgusting. The smell of sour spoiled milk was so potent I could taste it just by smelling it. I told her to throw it away, but she had to take it one step further and second guess her own smeller... She ate a spoonful, actually swallowed it and within 10-15 mins was begging me to make her stomach stop hurting while sitting in the bathroom next to the toilet.... This went on for a few hours all from one bite. Since then ..... Our 8pm after youth group quick stop has not changed to..... McDonald's.... Not to thrilled with this one. It's unfortunate since there isn't to much open that late that's healthier then McDonald's or BK.... She absolutely refuses to even give it another chance after it being her 1st request since the gig harbor location has opened. Sux. But I can't blame her .... That smell was rancid. Yuck
