I always love Starbucks. The staff, at least from my experience, is always very friendly. So much so that it feels like a personal friendship. At this location, they rarely have anything out of stock which is surprising in today's economy. Great variety, great staff, great place. Five stars guaranteed.

I ordered an Carmel iced coffee and they didn’t put cream in it?? Maybe it’s my fault not for asking but I assumed I wouldn’t have to ask to put cream in an iced coffee, especially when I ordered the same thing a few weeks I didn’t have to ask for cream and they put it in so I assumed the ice coffee just came with cream. Maybe it’s my fault but a little clarification would be nice.

They need to fix their mobile app I have order drinks with strawberry puree and paid for it and on the order recipe it comes up with no strawberry puree this happened for the 3rd time

I'm always taking my wife here and she loves the drinks. I feel it's too expensive but then again you can get a 10 decision cup of whatever very fast.

I visit Starbucks regularly (at least 3-4 times/week) for myself and family. Although we rotate between about 3 locations, Grandview Crossing is one I go to during the week after dropping my daughter off at school. By no means am I asking for free Starbucks, but when I spend over $100/week at their location, you would think they would have the business acumen to not degrade a customer and try to tell me that “I’m cheating their system” by the way I order my drink through THEIR app. Asking to have your drink prepared the way you want should not be a crime nor should it be something I have to argue with the barista about on my way to work in the morning. I don’t have this issue at other locations so when possible, I ll be trying to go to the Starbucks in Hampton vs Gibsonia from now on.

Good service and drinks. Only problem is that I have asked twice for a specific way I want my drink made and it has not been done yet.

Quick service, even on a complicated drink order. Just watch out for that curb at the drive thru. Almost blew a tire on my rental car.
