I wanted to try one of the new waygu burgers. Picture on menu said they we're served medium well. Not everyone likes their burgers medium well and the short female manager refused to make one special for me and the customer ahead of me who also asked. It's not like we were asking for something for free nor was it coming out of her pocket to go back and cook 2 burgers longer to make the customer happy. No real loss to me but it will be to them when they lose customers because of a lazy and grouchy manager. Maybe I should be thankful that I didn't order it (or anything else with tomato) as I saw the sandwich maker putting tomatoes in the pan at the station without gloves after getting them from the cooler while I was waiting for my order.

Went thru the drive thru today around 12:45. The older woman who was working the window was extremely rude and acted like I was completely putting her out when I asked for extra sauce. She did not give me the correct change and when I went inside to let them know I did not get the correct change the manager as well acted like I was putting them out asking for the $10.00 I was shorted. I also ordered something else while in there and when the young girl behind the counter asked what size the manager told her what size to give to me. Did not even let me answer. Worst customer service I have EVER had. I have read other reviews and it looks like this woman at the drive thru is not good with customers. If you don't want to fire her put her in the kitchen where she does not have to deal with the public. I will never go back to that Arbys

My wife and I went thru the drive thru and waited 10-15 minutes to get the wrong order twice!!!! Not to mention we were given the wrong amount of change back!!!! Was treated poorly when we told the cashier we got the wrong order!!! We will not be returning

Best quality in the fast food industry. Good selection of sides and the roast beef is top shelf. Even the fish and milk shakes are decent. The management at this store is very helpful and friendly. Britney in particular does a fabulous job of taking care of the guests. The place is always clean and neat. I highly recommend this location.

Good experience here, only been to the drive through for quicker lunch purposes. The line moves fairly quickly, the food was exactly as I ordered without mix ups, and the staff I interacted with were pleasant. Large orders ahead of you are asked to pull aside to assist in moving the line through for regular orders, much appreciated so I don't have to wait for the person order 10 different meals.

They were rude when we got to the window, the bacon beef&cheddars were cold & so were our curly fries. They pulled us up at the window to the end of the side walk the food could have at least been warm. Also if someone wants Arbys & Horsey sauce don’t just give them 2 packets of each. We do use them on more than just our sandwiches!?

If your going to complain about making food . Then quit your job. It was one hour before closing. Also make sure that the customer can't hear what your saying. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Went through drive thru got our order pulled out there was no cheese on our Arby's beef & cheddar !
Ordered curly fries got regular fries, sweet tea was just sugar water . But at least they were nice !
