Buffalo Wild Wings

Jan 8, 2022 Update. B Dubs Take Out Fail. I had just eaten there in person last month and it was terrific! I thought they may have a new cook because I haven't been impressed by their take out. Just like all the times in the past, it appeared that the dry rub was an after thought, and someone shook it on top of the wings in the takeout box. The wings on top are seasoned well on ONE side, the wings at the bottom have sporatic amounts of seasoning on one side where it fell through the top wings. I have attatched 2 photos showing what I am describing. I usually ask for extra dry rub to help counter this, but last month the seasoning was evenly distributed on all the wings. I guess you need to eat at the restaurant for a good dry rub. I did split a beef brisket (which honestly could have used a little more sauce) and found it to be very tasty.

Each of these is an order of 6-10. So at the very least this is 12-20 people serving? I called and asked about it but they put me on hold for 20 minutes, said they'd call back, never called back, then I called again and they said that this is in fact an order that feeds 12-20 people. Seems really light if you ask me. I’m having my sons birthday party and there’s about 10 children and 5 adults so we’ll see if it does in fact feed everyone…. Doubtful. Gibsonia Buffalo Wild Wings.

We visited on Mother's Day. They weren't very busy however they only had 1 waitress and 1 waiter serving the entire restaurant and bar area. I felt bad because you could see they were stressed. The service was as good as could be expected for only 2 servers. All of our food was good, hot and out together. Being a large party, we expected half the group to get their food and then the others wait longer, however that wasn't the case. They have a large selection of beer on tap and many different mixed drinks. It was nice to have the ability to read a drink menu, know what is in each drink, see calorie content and it actually give a price for the drink. It is rare to order a mixed drink and not receive an outrageous price when you are handed the check. Here you know upfront. It was also nice that the check was affordable with a party of 8 as well. Pleased with our evening and will return again.

Terrible. I left an order yesterday with an employee and just about everything was wrong. And this was not the first time with this place, but the first time that I complained. Tom, the manager, did not offer anything, not even a "sorry". I stopped in the restaurant in person to order, and I could tell that the girl was totally disengaged and that the order would be wrong. 20 wings were left off the order, other wings had the wrong sauce, which people did not like, and the tacos were not made as requested. It's not like people do not order wings ahead of time for the Super Bowl. Obviously, they just don't care. No Tom- I don't want you to put them in now for me. Even though this place is 5 minutes from my house, I will just go elsewhere from now on; and I suggest you do as well.

We were looking for last minute dining options for Mother's Day and Buffalo Wild Wings was one of the places that wasn't packed or closed. The restaurant was obviously short staffed, but we were seated quickly and our server did a great job. The brisket tacos were very yummy and the draft beer was cold. What more can you ask for?

We stopped there for lunch shortly after they opened. They were obviously not prepared to be open because for about the first 20 minutes they were dragging tables and chairs and extremely noisy! So much so that I couldn't even hear the person sitting in the next chair beside me when we were talking. The Server was good the wings were delicious but unfortunately all the noise made for a unpleasant experience.
