Wendy's

I was at the front of the queue and a long line behind me to order food in this place today. I noticed just one person was doing both the job. Taking order and deliver. As a result long waiting customers and dissatisfaction. I will think twice before I visit this location again considering the longer waiting period. Even when I got the chance to talk to the lady she did not mention anything about the long delay or something. Very unprofessional! Store leadership could step up to help the employees struggling with customers!!!

Really dissatisfied over all with this Wendy’s. By far one of the grungiest and dirtiest fast food places I’ve ever been in, to the degree my shoes were constantly stuck to the floor. Customer service was also poor, with employees forgetting elements of orders, taking no effort to effectively attend to a line of customers, and overall seeing to have a visible lazy attitude, at least from my view behind the counter. The food was the typical Wendy’s quality, which is solid enough, but the rest of the building was so gross I had to eat outside. Something should really be done about the management, because it all seems very disorganized, and as though customer service is the last priority.

Went to the drive-thru for just a Frosty. Gauge was the order person and was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, informative, and actually seemed to care! He gave me a coupon book, explained a few things about it, and wished me well. Fantastic young man! I hope I get him on every visit! The young lady at the service window was also very nice (didn't get her name)! Management doing a great job hiring and keeping such a great staff!

The junior bacon burger was dried out and burned black on both ends and very thin. Barely resembled a burger. The grilled chicken sandwich was ok. Would not order the burger again. Very tiny! They didn’t have any baked potato’s which I wanted today. The burger did not seem fresh looked like it was cooked hours ago. Extremely bad quality. Whoever owns this franchise should be embarrassed to serve such an awful burger.

It's one of the worst Wendy's you can go to. Extremely slow, even when they're only doing drive thru. I kid you not, employees will decide to lock the doors into the dining room the second they feel like it's a little too busy for their taste. Over the last couple months I've walked up to a locked door at least five times, all in the afternoon. Other afternoons I have no problem getting in (but it's always VERY dirty inside). It's just whatever mood they're in. No other place in the area pulls this stunt. I refuse to go here anymore.

Worst place to go eat Waited 5 minutes before being able to order, I had under cooked meet and cold chicken, ordered 4 piece nuggets and only for 3, the fries were old and cold, found a hair in my frosty, and was given attitude when I asked for straws. Worst place to go to get food. They need new works for lunch and dinner time
