Papa Johns Pizza

I would first like to say how wonderful this papa John’s location is! Their food and service is top noch! I have never had a bad experience here. We order pizza from this location from time to time. Due to the weather we were unable to pick up our pizza this time. So we decided to have it delivered to our house. What a pleasant surprise! The pizza arrived hot and in a very timely fashion! The delivery driver (younger teen, If I recall correctly, his name was David) was extremely friendly! My wife and I could not of had a better experience with our first time getting delivery from this location! We highly recommend it!! Thank you Papa johns and David for making our family dinner night a great success!!!!!!

Last time we ordered extra sauces and extra peppers we didnt get them and we were charged for them. I called in to the manager an she said she couldn't give my money back and that we didnt order extra stuff. She wasn't pleasant I was angry. But now when we order we make sure we just dont buy extra stuff it's not worth not knowing if we will get it. It's a shame we love papa John's. But management needs help. And they need to check their orders properly before delivery. The pizza never seems to be consistent either one day it wasn't cooked then another time we ordered it was overly cooked. I dont get it.

We just moved to Gettysburg and never had a decent pizza place that would deliver where we used to live. Not only do they deliver great service, but the 2 times we've ordered their pizza, by far, has been absolutely hot and delicious! The toppings were plentiful and fresh. The value wasn't bad either. Highly recommend.

I would like to leave this writing as is..."5" however, the food I got yesterday made me sick as a dog today. I seen that the girl making pizzas did not wash your hands after handling money and receipts. And I thought to myself I hope she did not do the same to my pizzas. I guess I was wrong! Horribly horribly wrong! I will not be going back for a very very long time. Serious letdown. And somebody needs to check on their ServSafe. I think they drop by inspection is needed! I hope somebody that inspects local restaurants is reading this.

We placed an order and it took over an hour for delivery. It was only supposed to take 15-25 minutes. We called after half an hour to check on the status, the employee answered the phone making excuses {ex. Short staffed/High business volume.} about why the delivery was going to be late, instead of trying to fix the problem. Papa Johns isn't the only pizza delivery in this area and due to this inconvenience it may affect whether or not to choose this pizza delivery place. - A very dissatisfied customer
