Kfc

They said they were out of everything to be fair i was there a half hour before closing, but still don't lie to me just tell me you don't want to make it Germantown is the worst place for fast avoid at all costs. We got home food was cold my wife's famous bowl had nothing but chicken breading and no chicken. All staff seemed like we were bothering them so we won't bother them anymore and will never come back.

I ordered online "Quick pickup" but dining room was closed so I had wait in the drive through line so that feature is pointless. Then I ordered to pickup order 2 hours later well even 10 mins past pickup time I still had to wait at drive thru window for my order. Lady handing bag wasn't exactly friendly. Lastly when I got home they had forgotten the mashed potatoes.

Poor customer service.. Rude employee. A pregnant woman went here specifically to get original chicken. Originally a guy was taking the order. A woman got on and said "We already put crispy in the bucket, so that's what you're getting." We asked to switch out two pieces to make them original...the only reason the pregnant woman went there. She claimed she did. It was a lie. Will never go to that KFC again. Suggest no one else gives them service either, unless you want to be told what you are eating and paying for.

Worst kfc I been too. Got a sandwich around 2:30 on April 9 2022. The lady working was really rude to me right away. Very negative tone and was mean before I spoke a word. I run into this everytime I go to this kfc on and off since I lived in the area. I hate to mention this but it solely based on that I’m white. Every single worker that has serviced me has been black. One time a white lady serviced me and there was zero problems. I am not sure why people there assume I’m racist before I even speak and are rude to me but just don’t go here. I always try to be really nice in situations like this to unconfirm the stereotype of white people being racist but at this point it’s reversed in my experience. It’s just sad. People like like this will always be miserable no matter how there treated! This lady will be paying in chicken the rest of her life and will eventually be broke when this place gets shut down and it’s coming I’m sure. There is a Chick-fil-A down the road so I would just go there.

Chicken was hot n fresh n biscuit n German town Wisconsin but coleslaw was a lil off n pop was fresh so just the coleslaw didnt have enough of the liquid n it it was dry sorry dont no the name just no it was dry but Everything else was Great my son tenders n fries n my other son chicken sandwich n fries was Delicious
