Already posted a review on Yelp but decided to post one here as well in hopes more people could see this including management! Went there yesterday for cappuccino and snacking bacon but decided to add a bagel. However what I received was burnt. Would have been better to tell me the bagel was burnt in error and offer an apology as well as an alternative like donuts or my money back. But I was given a burnt bagel that I could not eat and it was soggy on the inside as well from too much butter and I didn't realize it until I was back home. Do better DD! The staff needs to just be honest and admit their mistake not let the customer suffer with the consequences!

Dunkin is okay. If you're looking for a super easy breakfast and some yummy donuts then this is a fun place to go. The tea has an aftertaste of coffee almost every time I go so not sure if they are cleaning the filters properly or something but just something to note. A lot of their mixed drinks are just too sweet for me and my SO.

They have a nice assortment of options, donuts, sandwiches, and drinks. However the donuts pale in comparison to other local donut places. They always taste like the are on the brink of going stale. It's nice to have the option of a chicken biscuit or ham croissant though.

Instead of notifying me they were out of pumpkin, they just gave me an unsweetened flavorless latte. They took the time to write “No Pumpkin sorry” on the cup but didn’t take the time to let me know the pumpkin was out of stock. So glad I wasted money and time today.

If you do the mobile app, be prepared for them to get your order wrong. And then when you drive all the way home and drive back to get your order right, they won’t even apologize or give you anything for your time. Pro tip, Joe Joe’s espresso truck is around the corner on Saturday morning. Skip Dunkin’ and go local.

Stopped by when passing through heading back to Arkansas. I asked the employee taking my order to give me what she would order, and I ended up with a mocha swirl iced coffee, which tastes delicious! (Thank you ma'am!) One of the men working appeared to maybe be new there, but I could tell he was doing his best, and I understand it takes a little time to learn everything at a relatively new job! He was still helpful to me and the friendly smiles him and the other employee gave me just made my day!

Nice little shop. Not crowded and it was sufficiently staffed when I went in the afternoon. One of the few donut places open after morning. My kid wanted a Charlie (D'Amelio) drink and they knew what it was and even helped flavor it to the right strength/liking for my kid. I know a lot of folks want local, but there's some beauty in going to a franchise where you know what you'll get even if it may be of slightly inferior quality. Btw no chocolate filled donuts anymore. They had these a while back with powder sugar and butter cream chocolate inside. When I asked they had no idea what I was talking about.

Dunkin's is your typical coffee and donuts place, but like Chick-fil-a, they somehow find good employees, or at least at this location they do. The hot coffees are good for the most part based on what you get flavor-wise, but the iced coffees and espresso drinks are where it's at. They have good donuts here and there. I just wish the base coffee was better quality instead of needing flavoring.
