Chick-fil-a

I mean what can I say, it’s Chick-fil-A! lol But seriously there was a LONG line like always, the staff was quick, friendly, and extremely nice! I placed my order got to the check out paid and received my order all in about 5 or so minutes even with the long line. The food was yummy BUT my one complaint is the fries had no salt.

This visit was disappointing. I was in a long line at the drive thru and placed my order using the mobile app. After about 30 minutes, I make it to the window to only learn the salad I ordered was not available. There were two opportunities for the orderly to verify my order with the kitchen but they failed to do so. The salad was replaced with another but I had to wait additional time for it. I also ordered a Frosted Lemonade for my daughter who was home waiting to learn when she received the treat that it was a vanilla milkshake.. I understand the time of my visit was close to closing but I expect the same level of service up until the last customer leaves everyday. This is unusual and I hope they fix it before it becomes the norm...

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The manager here was very rude and unprofessional.. i was waiting for my order for 22 minutes and she skipped me and instead asked the people behind me who weren't there before me if she could help them with anything. After 20 mins 3 employees noticed I was waiting for awhile and went to the manager she she said '' im getting her sandwich for whoever that girl name is'' RUDE. As a manager she should of done her job and asked what can she help with like she did with the other 2 white people she decided to help that came after me. Very Unsatisfied!!
