This is an excellent Starbucks- my drink was great and made quickly, the store was clean, bathrooms are in the back (you need a code), customer service was excellent (they remade a drink for me after I gave them an incorrect order), wifi works well and the store is open on holidays like Christmas , New Years Day unlike a lot of Starbucks. This store can get quite busy, it is a gathering place for a lot of people in Germantown (not a whole lot going on in Germantown). Order ahead if you do not want to wait in line. There are tables outside if you want to sit outdoors.

Everything is good, just like any other Starbucks around here, but the restrooms in this location are very stinky and dirty .

This is one of the best Starbucks in the area. The people are friendlier than any other location I go to and they do a good job preparing the drinks and food. However, I do wish they had a couple of chairs in the pickup area. When I am waiting for my order, I would really appreciate being able to sit down, especially being in my third trimester of pregnancy.

I would like to give a huge shoutout to the Starbucks employees at the Germantown location. Erica and Megan are super friendly, efficient. I was not a Starbucks Regular, but I had a wonderful experience. The service and smiles were refreshing!

Love the staff at this location!! 🥰 Every time I visit there's a uplifting greeting when walking through the door. I look forward to going to get coffee, it's like a couple of espressos with a cup of caramel, and a little almond milk
